Un bel endroit à découvrir, personnel très accueillant qui saura vous conseiller & vous aider à faire de belles découvertes. La carte des plats est bien conçue, abordable, mais peut être pas achevée à 100%. Une touche de sel en finition ou d'acidité serait parfois nécessaire, mais ça demeure très bien dans l'ensemble, surtout pour la sélection de vins, nous avons fait l'achat de 2 très belles bouteilles. Un endroit à découvrir, nous y retournerons lorsque nous serons de passage à Sherbrooke.

On comprend le principe des portions simple & raffinées, mais il serait plus agréable de partager des portions plus grandes, même si elles coûtaient plus cher un peu.
Je crois aussi que votre sondage devrait parler du vin, qui est à notre avis la vedette de l'expérience.
