Ambiance cosy très agréable & chaleureuses !
Une très bonne cheffe avec des plats très intéressant ! Les portions sont un peu petites, il faut compter 2 à 3 assiettes par personne.
Dans les propositions de vin blanc au verre, grande emphase sur les vins natures.

Excellent! Nourriture excellente & bien présentée par la chef Isabelle, Service à la clientèle TOP & Sommelière très connaissante de ces produits -belles découvertes grâce à elle, Atmosphère chaleureuse & décor invitant. Vraiment passé une belle soirée & recommande sans hésitation à mes amis.es.

What a great find. After spending 5 days vacationing between Montreal & Sherbrooke we resigned ourselves to the idea of good, but not great food until we came here. We had 8 of the tapas style dishes & each was better than the previous. The capicolle was the only dish that rated as average but that was because it was simply shaved ham with cheese. All the others however, were skillful creations of the young chef that delighted our tastebuds with fresh vibrant & youthful flavours. When in Sherbrooke do not pass the chance to visit here.

Fantastic food & a very warm welcome. The chef was hospitable & took care explaining the dishes in English. The wine recommendations were also great. Would absolutely return.

Tout est intéressant & savoureux. Les employés sont sympathiques & voient à notre bien être. De bons conseils appréciés pour combiner l'accord mets/vin. Le chef à la main large sur le sel qui, toujours à mon avis était un peu trop présent dans les plats sélectionnés. Nécessaire de prendre le temps de retirer les arrêtes avant de servir un poisson. Autrement, en aviser le client. Malgré ces commentaires basés sur ma première expérience, j'y retournerai avec plaisir.

Menu St-Valentin, c'est à recommander fortement. Meilleur take-out que nous avons dégusté depuis longtemps. C'était notre première fois que nous commandions chez Vin Polisson, nous allons le refaire parce que c'était excellent, repas & vin. Merci au chef!
