Excellent sushi prepared by the owner. I suggest you order in advance as he works alone. The place is tiny with few seats good enough for eating solo, otherwise best to take-away. I recommend the torched-salmon sushi.Voir plus

This small sushi spot is a hidden gem! The cozy atmosphere is complemented by excellent service &, most importantly, incredible food. The fish is fresh, the rolls are thoughtfully crafted, & every bite bursts with flavor. Despite its size, this place delivers on quality, making it a must-visit for any sushi lover. The sushi at Uto is absolutely amazing, the best in MTL in my opinion. It is so fresh & the owner is also lovely! We had a big order of takeout & he was able to get it done in about 40 minutes, which was a feat considering he is working completely solo as a new business owner. I would highly recommend Uto sushi to anyone (#16 is AMAZING), plus its close proximity to Parc Jeanne-Mance makes it the perfect take away option for a nice picnic.Voir plus
