Review Summary

Overall, URBANISTA BAR is described as having a chill vibe, warm service, and a cozy, stylish setting with beautiful lighting and comfortable seating. Guests note good drinks and strong happy hour value, with affordable prices, group friendly tables, and even chess boards enhancing the casual scene. There are playful accounts of cocktails with quirky twists, including imaginary mezcal on the menu, a Negroni that allegedly tasted like Campari whispered over tap water, and a lipstick garnish on the glass, adding a memorable and odd character to the bar experience. The music is described as unobtrusive background noise, while some reviews warn that not every cocktail hits wow factor or strength. Despite variety in drinks, the decor is repeatedly called eclectic and the atmosphere cozy, and the location on Saint Laurent Boulevard is noted as a plus. Food is described as simple but satisfying, with generous portions of grilled cheese and other basic fare keeping prices accessible. Overall, many reviews call it one of the best spots in the area for a casual night out, thanks to friendly staff, good prices, and a sociable, laid back vibe.

This was the best bar I've ever been to. Me & my friend had the grilled cheese… INSANE.

The decoration is eclectic & the atmosphere cozy. Stumbled upon this bar with a friend during their 2 for 1 5 à 7. They serve you both drinks at the same time, the deal is per person & has to be the same drink. I got too gin & tonics. They were good. Not that strong though. A bit of an eclectic food menu. I got the grilled cheese which is simple, but everything I could want for a $5 grilled cheese. The portion is generous. They serve you two sandwiches. Overall good & unique experience. I would recommend if you are happy to go to a simple place.

Great for cocktails when they are 2/1 & the food is really basic (pretty much basic grilled cheese or pizza) but it's really cheap so it's acceptable for the price
