Les sushis sont d'une qualité exceptionnelle, frais & savoureux. Mais ce qui rend ce restaurant encore plus spécial, c'est l'accueil chaleureux & le service irréprochable de Pierre Marc. Il est toujours souriant, attentionné & sait parfaitement conseiller les clients. Je crois que c'était le sushi le plus excellent de ma vie, Personnel agréable & très sympathique, le poisson était à ravir Pierre Marc, Fanny & Sophie était à l'écoute de nos envies, J'ai vraiment apprécier le moment, je reviendrais c'est devenu mon 5à7 préféré.

Amazing experience! The sushis are so flavourful & fresh.The platters are super interesting because you get a variety of combinaisons with differents flavor profiles. It's also super affordable for the quality being really high!! Really good service as well & bring your own wine, with options of interesting mocktails!
Had the chef platter for 4. We were warned about the expected 45 mins by our waiter Pierre-Marc so knew what to expect. From the salmon tartare we knew to expect the unexpected. Well worth the wait & price. Service alone made it a 10/10 recommend.
Umamia Sushi, newly opened in Griffintown, is already making waves with its fresh & flavorful offerings. The sushi is beautifully crafted, with each bite showcasing the quality of the ingredients. The ambiance is very welcoming, perfect for a casual night out or a special occasion. The standout for me was the Uramaki Griffin! Umamia Sushi is definitely worth a visit!
The sushi ingredients are of the best quality. It's really fresh & has good-sized portions. The flavour combinations are interesting. I would come back to try other items on the menu. What makes the food interesting is the many flavour details in the same piece, which can make the service slow during rush hour. This is an impression because we went in an empty time.
