Some of the best quality fish sashimi lovers 💓
My best friend & I chose Umamia because you could see the quality of the salmon sashimi from pictures others took. You can see from the pictures that we took that the sashimi is thick, fresh, & really the perfect cut.
Thank you so much, we will be back to try some more!

My husband & I had an incredible dinner date at Umamia in Griffintown!! The ambiance is beautiful & perfect for a date night or special occasions.

We started with four appetizers: miso soup, salmon yakitori, chicken karaage, & salmon tartare. Everything was well-seasoned & perfectly balanced. The chicken karaage was incredibly crispy without being greasy, easily the best we've ever had thus far. The chicken karaage & salmon tartare come with nori chips, which were sooo soooo good!

We ordered the Experience Platter for 2 as our main meal & glad we did. The platter was well curated with a full spread of sushi & sashimi. Every single piece was fresh & delicious. We shared a pistachio cheesecake that's just sweet enough & the perfect ending to an amazing meal.

The staff were warm, attentive, & made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in.

Highly recommend!!!

Un de mes restos de sushi préféré à Montréal, les rouleaux sont originales & toujours bien balancés. Ils se soucient des détails & c'est ça qui fait la différence. L'ambiance est aussi super!

J'y suis allé hier soir & je m'impatiente déjà de commenter tellement j'étais satisfait. Un mélange de savoir faire, de méticulosité & d'inspiration Japonaise. Un vrai travail de chef.
J'accorde la note complète également à l'accueil, au service & à la gestion de ce resto phare de la cuisine Japonaise au QC.
