Over the moon excited that Ugo's has opened up in Westmount Square - Lily is THE BEST & so is her pizza/dough. This is our new favorite lunch spot & we can't wait to try everything on the menu
A huge selection of pizza to choose from. I bought the Carmeluzza, Gloria & Raffaella. Toppings were delicious & the Gloria is my favourite. The dough is very thick; too thick in my opinion. I'd suggest making the dough 25% thinner to have a better balance with the toppings. I also prefer a dough with more oil in it but that's personal preference. The staff are super friendly. The owner welcomed my dog & told me that dogs are always welcome there, even for dine in! I'm definitely going back to try other things.

Details: Look, there are places that you can tell that there is passion & quality behind the food & this is one of those. Their dough is definitely unique. Personally I prefer a much thinner crust but this is a personal preference. I would only recommend that even if the target is a thick crust, which they clearly excel at, to just make it a little thinner so that the dough doesn't overbalance the toppings. In that case it would be a perfect pizza. Their flavors are unique as well to the Montreal pizza scenery. Well done! (P.S. Don't forget to add some good olive oil on your slice, particularly on the Margherita).
