Ahhh so good!!
I've tried pretty much every ramen place in the city now, & this one seriously blows them all away. The chashu?? The karaage??? The broth!! The portions are generous & happy hour is great. I'm worried about what it means for me now that I've found this place. I will be coming back far too many times.

this was crazy good.

tonkotsu ramen was delicious, milky & fatty broth & delicious pork, & the vegan ramen was super flavourful & had awesome toppings (we did the soy broth).

sometimes veggie ramens can be duller than a fatty meat based one but they were equal if not BETTER!! so good!

Quelle belle découverte sur le boulevard Saint-Laurent! Nous avons passé une excellente soirée & chaque plat qui est arrivé à notre table était un véritable délice visuel & gustatif.

Le ramen était tout simplement parfait, avec son bouillon riche & son oeuf mollet parfaitement cuit. J'ai particulièrement apprécié la présentation soignée des sashimis servis dans une petite assiette en céramique originale. Le repas s'est conclu sur une note parfaite avec un gâteau au matcha léger & savoureux. Nous reviendrons très certainement!

C'était super bon 😍
J'ai pris le combo ramen tonkatsu épicés avec des takoyakis & un thé au jasmin.
Si tu aimes le bouillon plus concentré prends la version normale.

Just happened to passby & went into restaurant in spur of moment for a late lunch quick bite. Was surprised by the light but tasty ramen noodle, clam shoyu based broth, good umami flavor & tender pork spices. Oddly the highlight for me was the side dish Miso Yasai, veggie not sure grilled or pan seared but nicely done with aroma matched wonderfully with sweet & savory miso seasame sauce. Wished I had time & was more hungry to try other dishes.

J'ai pris un ramen avec bouillon poulet / palourde. Le bouillon était quasi transparent & goûtait celui d'un cube de bouillon cheap acheté chez IGA, les légumes goûtait tout ce qu'il y a de plus industriel, & mon bol contenait une énorme portion de nouilles (encore) industrielles & bien ennuyeuse …

Je ne recommande autrement pas du tout!

The eggplant appetizer was great, but the ramen unfortunately was not. My partner got the porc broth with chicken & it was nothing more than average. I got the vegan soy ramen & it was so sweet that I couldn't eat it. The server was very sweet though!!
