Our soul is Mediterranean. The sun is in our hearts and nature is in our food. We come from a place where people are full of strong but gentle energy. Where drinks and foods that are good for your body and mind taste much more delicious than foods that are not.Where nothing matters more than building lasting friendships.
Overall, Tropé comes across as a bright, health‑forward spot praised for fresh ingredients and menu options like avocado toast, smoothie bowls, and a range of matcha drinks, with many noting the in‑house preparation and a good variety of milks for vegan or lactose‑free diets. The energy is friendly and the space feels welcoming, with customers often highlighting quick service when things aren’t too busy and the cozy, bright atmosphere. Yet there are caveats: several reviews describe slow or inattentive service during peak times, long waits for coffee, and some drinks or bites that fall short due to bitterness, dryness, or excessive oil; prices are sometimes considered high for the value; and seating can be limited, with dine‑in sometimes constrained. Taken together, Tropé seems to be a go‑to for health‑conscious diners seeking flavorful, clean options, balancing strong favorites like the avocado toast and popular matcha drinks with notes about consistency and value that vary by visit.
Hi,
Yesterday was my first time trying Tropé. I came around 2:00 pm & ordered a RESET smoothie & avocado toast.
Overall, everything was good. The staff member was kind, & the smoothie was great. Unfortunately, the toast bread was burned. I could barely finish it & had to leave the burned side.
I did not take a photo, as it is not my habit to photograph mistakes. However, I felt disappointed for the rest of the day because I had high expectations. I was hoping Tropé would become my go-to place when I'm looking for healthy options, but this experience made me hesitate about returning.
I ordered the golden boost & the butternut soup. The soup was alright but the golden boost had SO MUCH GINGER, I had to throw it out. If you're looking for smoothies look elsewhere.
the coffee is good but the service sucks, they were 3 inside & barely acknowledged me when i got in & they continued their conversation while not taking my order. Then, it took her an exceptional amount of time to make my coffee because she was too busy talking. I wont go back

I got their matcha once & it was expensive & quite mid, so today i decided to give it another shot to try their smoothies because that might be their specialty, but it ended up still bad. I spent another 16 dollars on drinks that dont taste good again. I think atp its just bad.
A little expensive for my taste but the avocado toast is soo good!! The drinks are good as well, I would recommend the Apple Crumble Matcha. The girls in the store are nice too.
Had their halloumi sandwich, which was delicious! Such a creative mix of flavours, especially with the addition of pomegranates :)
I was a bit disappointed in the apple crumble matcha & the peanut butter protein ball. The matcha was bitter (I think the water used in the preparation was way too hot & burnt it) & the apple sauce used was grainy. The protein ball tasted good, but was way too dry. I do have to say, they had a great variety of milks for those who are vegan or lactose intolerant.
The space is nice & bright, just wish there were more seats! Overall, while the toast was amazing, everything was just too overpriced for me to want to come back.
I had such a great experience at this café thanks to Chantal. She was super welcoming, attentive, & made the whole visit feel warm & personal. The service was quick, the atmosphere cozy, & her smile honestly made my day. Definitely recommend stopping by Tropé, Chantal makes the place even better!
tried the apple crumble matcha with oat milk, paired with their homemade blueberry muffin, & it was incredible! i'm so particular about my matcha, but this was perfectly sweetened to my taste, & the apple crumble wasn't overpowering the rich matcha, which was my favourite part!🥰 if you're looking for a good quality matcha, i highly recommend trying their original, or seasonal matchas!!!

Spirulina copy cat, NOT worth 30$ for a drink & a toast, avocado toast was burnt & DRENCHED in oil of some sorts almost has me vomit after few bites. Spare your money & go elsewhere
