I got their matcha once & it was expensive & quite mid, so today i decided to give it another shot to try their smoothies because that might be their specialty, but it ended up still bad. I spent another 16 dollars on drinks that dont taste good again. I think atp its just bad.
A little expensive for my taste but the avocado toast is soo good!! The drinks are good as well, I would recommend the Apple Crumble Matcha. The girls in the store are nice too.

Had their halloumi sandwich, which was delicious! Such a creative mix of flavours, especially with the addition of pomegranates :)
I was a bit disappointed in the apple crumble matcha & the peanut butter protein ball. The matcha was bitter (I think the water used in the preparation was way too hot & burnt it) & the apple sauce used was grainy. The protein ball tasted good, but was way too dry. I do have to say, they had a great variety of milks for those who are vegan or lactose intolerant.
The space is nice & bright, just wish there were more seats! Overall, while the toast was amazing, everything was just too overpriced for me to want to come back.
tried the apple crumble matcha with oat milk, paired with their homemade blueberry muffin, & it was incredible! i'm so particular about my matcha, but this was perfectly sweetened to my taste, & the apple crumble wasn't overpowering the rich matcha, which was my favourite part!🥰 if you're looking for a good quality matcha, i highly recommend trying their original, or seasonal matchas!!!
My first time here & definitely not my last! Maya, Estell, & Masa were amazing - their service & energy were unmatched. So warm & welcoming! The matcha was chef's kiss - absolutely perfect. Loved everything about the experience!

Trope has always neen my first matcha place!! Their strawberry iced matcha latte woth almond milk tastes like heaven, I think if you even don't like matcha taste you'd like it!! Alsooo.. try their matcha balls & thank me later🍵🤭
First time trying this place & i was specifically in the mood for a creamy strawberry matcha latte & they truly delivered! It was the perfect blend of sweet & strong matcha without being watered down or overly sweet! Its just a little pricey about $8 for the drink but overall i really enjoyed it!
Going to trope has become a routine for me, I always get the bee well ginger shots & matcha energy balls. Everything is made from clean & simple ingredients!
Whatever you do, don't look at the actual colour of the "strawberry matcha" inside your cup 😳 I feel like the poster is quite misleading, compared to what you actually receive. It was quite literally the colour of dirty toilet water. Also - it tasted like nothing & was super grainy. I ordered the açai smoothie bowl, but it was not very good either. Only part that tasted fresh was the banana. Also way too liquidy & not something I could really recommend. The place has potential as it's quite aesthetic - but they really need to work on the menu offerings matching their marketing materials, as well as their customer service. It felt like they were annoyed to be there.
Amazing smoothie !! Dio is super friendly & attentive & always gives amazing recommendations depending on what you want!!! Had an amazing time & experience, I recommend the golden boost & matcha goddess!! :)
I had a great experience at Tropé! I ordered the matcha with strawberries & it is truly a good matcha. While it is true that the prices are relatively high, I was very content with the taste as well as its size.
