Our soul is Mediterranean. The sun is in our hearts and nature is in our food. We come from a place where people are full of strong but gentle energy. Where drinks and foods that are good for your body and mind taste much more delicious than foods that are not.Where nothing matters more than building lasting friendships.
Reviews of Tropé describe a bright, welcoming spot focused on fresh and healthy options with halloumi toast, avocado toast, smoothie bowls and a strong line up of matcha and juices. The food is generally praised for flavor and quality, and many note good coffee and a variety of milks for vegan or lactose intolerant preferences. Service is described as fast and friendly in many visits, though some experiences report slower or inattentive service and at least one burn on toast and delayed drinks at a branch. Prices are considered a bit high by some, while others feel the offerings and portions justify the cost. Overall Tropé is seen as a go to for healthy eating, with a warm atmosphere and attentive staff that can elevate the visit, and customers consistently highlight freshness, creativity and reliable options.
Hi,
Yesterday was my first time trying Tropé. I came around 2:00 pm & ordered a RESET smoothie & avocado toast.
Overall, everything was good. The staff member was kind, & the smoothie was great. Unfortunately, the toast bread was burned. I could barely finish it & had to leave the burned side.
I did not take a photo, as it is not my habit to photograph mistakes. However, I felt disappointed for the rest of the day because I had high expectations. I was hoping Tropé would become my go-to place when I'm looking for healthy options, but this experience made me hesitate about returning.
My review is for Mackay branch.

I ordered the golden boost & the butternut soup. The soup was alright but the golden boost had SO MUCH GINGER, I had to throw it out. If you're looking for smoothies look elsewhere.
I got their matcha once & it was expensive & quite mid, so today i decided to give it another shot to try their smoothies because that might be their specialty, but it ended up still bad. I spent another 16 dollars on drinks that dont taste good again. I think atp its just bad.
We had a Cure juice, a Remedy juice, & a GiGi smoothie. They were all good. I loved how they put out leftover smoothie in the blender on the tasting board for people to try.
Amazing menu, cute minimalist spot with bar seating for 4. The staff were friendly offering recs. The golden boost smoothie was packed with flavour & the halloumi toast was incredibly fresh tasting!
Very nice place. Smoothie bowls are awesome. They only use high quality ingredients & even make their own nut butter! The presentation of their bowls also make them really appetizing. I also tried the chia pudding & the energy balls, & up until now I was never disappointed
Whatever you do, don't look at the actual colour of the "strawberry matcha" inside your cup 😳 I feel like the poster is quite misleading, compared to what you actually receive. It was quite literally the colour of dirty toilet water. Also - it tasted like nothing & was super grainy. I ordered the açai smoothie bowl, but it was not very good either. Only part that tasted fresh was the banana. Also way too liquidy & not something I could really recommend. The place has potential as it's quite aesthetic - but they really need to work on the menu offerings matching their marketing materials, as well as their customer service. It felt like they were annoyed to be there.
Amazing smoothie !! Dio is super friendly & attentive & always gives amazing recommendations depending on what you want!!! Had an amazing time & experience, I recommend the golden boost & matcha goddess!! :)
