Towne 380 Steakhouse, what a night to remember! 😍❤?
From the moment we arrived, we were treated like family. Our waiters were so warm, kind, & genuinely caring, greeting & leaving us with hugs & kisses on the cheek that made us feel right at home. That kind of hospitality is rare, & it meant so much to all of us 🥰
We were celebrating a surprise engagement for our dear friends, & it couldn't have been more perfect. The staff went above & beyond to make the night feel extra special, every detail, every interaction, was filled with care!!
The food was absolutely delicious, & the service was top-tier. You can feel the love in the atmosphere, a beautiful mix of elegance & heart!! Still reminiscing about this special & beautiful evening!!

We came here for Mother's Day, & while the service was excellent, the overall dining experience didn't quite match the level of other top steakhouses in Montreal.
Our waiter was friendly & knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the different steak cuts & even plated the food for us when it arrived, which added a nice touch.
To start, we ordered the crab cake, lobster dumplings, Cesar salad & huîtres Rockefeller. The crab cake was unfortunately too salty, & while the other appetizers were fine, none were particularly memorable.
For mains, we had the 32 oz Kansas & 12 oz New York steaks. Both were fine but lacked the depth of flavor & tenderness you'd expect at this price point. The sides included sweet potatoes, lobster mashed potatoes, mac & cheese, & mushrooms. They were rich & comforting, but nothing stood out.
The sauces (réduction de veau au porto & béarnaise à la truffe) were flavorful but didn't elevate the steaks as much as we'd hoped.
Before dessert, our tablecloth had been stained with sauce from our plates, & the waiter kindly covered it with clean cloths, which was a thoughtful gesture. For dessert, we had the chocolate cake,'apple of my pie,' & the T360 cookie. They were good overall, though nothing we'd go back for. The chocolate cake, in particular, was disappointing. It was mushy & far from decadent.
The bill came to around $600, which felt steep for food that didn't quite deliver. It was a pleasant evening with attentive service, but the food didn't quite meet expectations for a special occasion.Voir plus

Definitely the best steakhouse ! Amazing service. Very attentive to every detail. All the dishes are colorful & tasting. The portions are very nice considering the quality that is being served. First time visiting. Completely blown away with the types of cuts I witnessed on the main floor & the basement floor. Thank you George for an unforgettable evening. Our table for eight (8) was ready when we arrived for our reservation. Menu's were provided promptly, our water glasses were immediately filled & our waiter took the drink orders for those of us who wanted them while reviewing the extensive menu. After informing us of the daily specials not on the menu, our waiter took the time necessary to explain all the different steak options we could enjoy for those of us who wanted to share. The appetizers arrived promptly which was appreciated. Their Octopus was superb as were the huge shrimps we ordered to share. Then we had a good 45 minute wait before our main courses arrived which we felt was rather long. Our friends who ordered the Surf & Turf said their food was great as was my veal chop. Our wives who ordered the Tomahawk Cut of steak were really disappointed that although it was cooked properly to medium rare, the meat was tough & very "Chewy". Unfortunately they were hungry & did not call the waiter back to object to & advise their disappointment & several pieces were left over & were not taken home. So half the table enjoyed the meal while the other half did not. We may try the restaurant again as it is bright, airy, has attentive staff & overall the food was good... but we did expect better from a High End Steakhouse.Voir plus
