We had my moms 65th surprise party here last night & our experience as a collective was very impressed. The service was outstanding as they seamlessly accomodated 22 people effortlessly. Everyone I spoke with from the party agreed that the food was outstanding, the tortellini GIGI was exceptional. A special shoutout to one of the owners Elena who took such good care of us from the beginning of planning the occasion all the way to the very end of the night where she made me one of her espresso martinis (which was as delicious as everything else). Taromina is a finely tuned well oiled machine & we will definitely be back again!
We just had a Baby Shower there today! The food was delicious & the service was beyond excellent - like usual! Thank you so much Elena, Pedro & all the kitchen staff! You made our event a memorable one! 🥰

I hosted a surprise birthday party at this wonderful restaurant during the holidays in 2025 & the entire experience exceeded every expectation. The food was absolutely delicious. Authentic Italian dishes full of flavour, beautifully prepared with generous portions.
What truly made the night unforgettable was the amazing staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, attentive, & accommodating. I want to give a special shout?out to Elena & the owner, Paolo, who went above & beyond to make us feel welcome & make our evening extra special. Elena was incredibly kind, friendly, & patient, offering thoughtful recommendations from the table d'hôte menu. She even managed to secure a DJ for us during the busiest time of the year-the Christmas holidays-which made the celebration even more memorable. Elena is truly a superstar & Paolo was equally incredible. The staff's warmth, professionalism, & genuine hospitality made the evening feel effortless.
Whether you're planning an event or simply looking for a great place to dine out, I highly recommend this restaurant. The atmosphere is inviting, the food is outstanding, & the staff is incredible. A hidden gem in Montreal & an absolute must?try, offering the perfect setting for any celebration or a night out.
Celebrated my birthday at this lovely resto & we had a delightful dinner. Food was delicious, rich & flavorful. The pasta, the calamari, the bruschetta, the bread. Oh the portion was generous too! The ambience was very welcoming. Elena & Pedro were very attentive, so very nice & friendly. It feels like home. We found a new favorite & definitely will come back again. We recently held our wedding reception upstairs at Taormina Lounge, & our guests can't stop raving about the food & service! I've been to weddings where the head table finishes eating long before the last table is served, but that certainly wasn't the case here. Guests had a choice of four entrées selected on the day, & every plate arrived hot, delicious, & exactly as ordered.
We also had several guests with severe food allergies, & thanks to our advance notice, they were accommodated flawlessly-such a relief when dealing with serious allergies. The servers were attentive & amazing throughout the evening.
Another highlight was the in-house DJ, who also offered a photo booth. Both were a huge hit! He made sure the photo booth was easy to use without disrupting the flow of the music. We had given him specific requests for the cocktail hour & dinner, along with a wide mix of genres for dancing, & he handled our eclectic tastes perfectly.
Elena was an absolute delight to work with-warm, personable, & incredibly supportive. She explained everything clearly, guided us through the setup & the event itself, & was even there afterwards to make sure all went smoothly.
We couldn't be happier with our choice. I would highly recommend this beautiful space for any gathering-or even just for dinner. Thank you, Elena, Stéphane, & the entire team, for helping make our day so special!

The Taormina staff helped us my daughter's sweet 16 extra special. From the start, Elena, the owner, was helpful, clear & organized (& always available!).
On the day of the event, the whole staff was ready for us. We had a few people with food restrictions & the kitchen did an amazing job at offering fresh & delicious options- all my guests were well taken care of. Stéphane (DJ) offered great music & a fun photobooth! We were all well-served, well-fed & had a blast! Thank you so much to the Taormina team. You helped create a truly memorable event. Thank you!!

I have to admit, i found this place by chance, & I'm very glad i did, this place is a real hidden gem, the food was amazing, Elena made sure we got the best service & was a real sweetheart, the portions are generous & delicious, the terrasse overlooking the river was perfect, & you can take a walk along the water & discover the light house, it is the perfect spot for an evening of fun with friends, thank you Elena, will definitely be back very soon for more of your delicious pasta & of course the home made tiramisu

We discovered Taormina Lounge 10 years ago when we were invited to a friends 40th birthday party. We fell in love with their upstairs party room & we chose to have our oldest daughters Sweet 16 there. The decor & food were outstanding & their dance floor set up was a huge hit. This weekend, 6 years later, we hosted our youngest daughters Sweet 16. Once again, the party was a huge success. We had to move it from last week after that huge snow storm. Elena & Paolo were so understanding & we were blessed that they accommodated us with every change that comes with rescheduling a big event. The food was excellent & the service from their staff was amazing. They do a fabulous job & their passion for their business is evident in every aspect of their operation. We highly recommend Taormina Lounge for all your special occasions or just a great spot to enjoy great food. ❤?

Le poisson du jour est tout simplement exquis, le tartare de saumon & avocat également un pur délice, équilibré & savoureux.
Le service est impeccable, attentionné & chaleureux. Un immense merci à Elena, la propriétaire, dont le savoir-faire & la passion pour la gastronomie se ressentent à chaque instant.

We chose Taormina Lounge as the venue for our wedding because we were charmed by the incredible food & breathtaking location. To our delight, Taormina Lounge exceeded our expectations in every way! Elena's passion & attention to detail ensured that every aspect of our special day was flawless. She, along with her exceptional team, went above & beyond to make our wedding unforgettable. Elena's recommended DJ, Stephane, also played a crucial role in creating the perfect atmosphere with his fantastic music selection, his photobooth offering was the perfect addition & a huge hit for guests young & old alike. We were flooded with compliments, with guests repeatedly raving about the outstanding food, incredible staff, & the beautiful venue. We truly cannot recommend them enough! Thank you, Elena & team! We celebrated my birthday at Taormina with my family. We were a group of 14. Everyone had a good experience. The food & attention given, especially from the ower, Elena, was greatly appreciated. We are looking forward to our next visit.
I recently discovered this gem of a restaurant with a waterfront view in Old Lachine with a friend when we were looking for somewhere to have a pre-concert meal when attending the Concerts Lachine Festival. We were blown away by the high quality of the food & gracious professional service by Elena & her team. Having had pizzas the first time we came, which were delicious, we were eager to try the full course menu on a second visit. We were not disappointed. The minestrone was full of the freshest of vegetables, making it easily the best I have ever tasted, & the halibut & vegetable sides (pasta is also an option) were cooked to perfection & elegantly presented. We will be back!
Our immediate family has long been loyal patrons of Taormina Lounge, so when it came time to host our larger family reunion this past June, we knew exactly where to hold it. Elena & her team are truly exceptional - accommodating, professional, & masters of their craft. They crafted a menu that catered perfectly to the tastes & dietary needs of our 60 guests. The food was freshly prepared, elegantly served, & absolutely delicious. Whether dining with two or sixty family members, I enthusiastically recommend Taormina Lounge. & the view of the lake from the restaurant is simply magnificent. Be sure to arrive with a hearty appetite - you won't be disappointed.
I've been to this place many times & I've had amazing meals. Elena is the best. She knows how to take care of you & makes you feel welcomed. The staff is very attentive & affable. I've been around many restaurants in Montreal & this one stands out & is my go to Italian spot. Going there tonight for a belated birthday celebration.
I had my wedding reception at Taormina Lounge & could not have been more pleased. The staff especially Elena were amazing! We were affraid that it would be a little small as we were 68 people (including kids). However, tables were moved around as soon as the dinner was over to get the guests on the dance floor. The four course meal was exceptional. The Osso Bucco was definitely a croud pleaser. Elena really made the organizational process flawless & she was extremely accomodating. When she says do not worry, trust her because she has lots of experience & she has truely has everything under control. She had enough staff from servers to bartenders. I created a list of cocktails that I wanted to serve & Elena sent it right away to Alexandra (bartender) the day before. Alexandra was by the way was on fire the whole night!!!! This is just one example amongst many others of how accomodating Elena was. At the end of the night her whole staff packaged all of the accessories/decorations & allowed us to come later the next day to pick them up. Another detail we did not have to worry about. Lets not forget the fact that the restaurant is located right accross from the water with a beautiful view & there is a good amount of parking. I would definitely recommend Taormina Lounge for anyone looking for an intimate & stress free wedding. Thank you Elena & the whole staff for making this day memorable.
We had the opportunity about ten days ago to hold a family event for 50 people at the Taormina restaurant in Lachine.
We had attended celebrations twice in recent years & we were really not disappointed. The food is simply delicious. The restaurant team, led by Elena, made this evening a memorable experience. We would like to highlight the great work of Alexandria at the Bar & Stéphane as DJ . We also want to thank Elena for her listening, her patience & her good advice in the weeks preceding the event.

Nous avons eu l’occasion il y a une dizaine de jours de tenir un événement de famille pour 50 personnes au restaurant Taormina à Lachine.
Nous avions assister à des célébrations à 2 reprises ces dernières années & on n’a vraiment pas été déçus. La nourriture est tout simplement délicieuse. L’équipe du restaurant, dirigée d’une main de maitre par Éléna, a fait de cette soirée une expérience mémorable. On tient à souligner le beau travail d’Alexandria au Bar & de Stéphane comme DJ . On veut remercier aussi Éléna pour son écoute, sa patience & ses bons conseils dans les semaines qui ont précédents l’événement.
