Not impressed with that. It was packed & loud on a saturday night & was difficult to have a conversation. I appreciated though that we were asked about allergies. Food wise, selection & presentation were nice, I really enjoyed the fried zucchinis but found the sushi rolls to be too big. It's unpleasant to have to chew such big pieces. Was it good? I've had better. On the plus side, they had soft serve ice cream for dessert which I had yet to see at an all you can eat. Where they lost my respect is when the bowl came with a wooden spoon stuck in the ice cream. Uh, is this costco or subway or something? If I'm paying 40$ for my meal, at least give me a real spoon. & to be reminded that I have 2 hours to eat...yes I understand you need the table & yes the service was quick & yes it's like that at other places too but being told I have to pay soon because my time is up is bad etiquette. I don't like to be rushed when I'm eating out. In all, there are better AYCE places in town & I will not be returning to Takumi nor will I recommend it. In all honesty, after having tried a few of these places, I think I'm just through with this concept. Yep, you did that.

La nourriture était absolument parfaite, savoureuse du début à la fin. Le service, quant à lui, irréprochable : tout le staff a été d'une gentillesse & d'un professionnalisme exemplaire. Mention spéciale à mon serveur Clark, qui a été tout simplement exceptionnel, attentif & chaleureux. 🙌

Nous avons été reçu par Clark qui a vraiment rendu notre expérience très agréable ! Le service était rapide avec aucune attente ni pour la table ni pour les plats. Nous recommandons vivement !

Honestly a great sushi restaurant.
It has some of the best sushi that I have tried in the city & would recommend to come here if the opportunity ever arises.

This is absolutely one of, if not the best, all you can eat sushi places in downtown Montreal. always fresh & always fast & efficient service. From the sushi rolls to the fusion items, Everything is worth a try. Its also bring your own wine or beer or sake , Highly recommend!
We visited this restaurant as a family during our trip to Montral, & it turned out to be one of the most memorable moments of our journey. From the moment we stepped in, the staff greeted us with such warmth & genuine hospitality that we immediately felt at home.
The variety & quality of the food were exceptional, each dish was beautifully prepared, fresh, & full of flavor. Even our youngest child, who is usually a picky eater, found several favorites & couldn't stop smiling.
What truly touched us was the thoughtful attention from the staff. They noticed we were a family & made sure everyone was comfortable, even offering small touches like helping us with the children's plates & explaining dishes in English with great patience.
In a world that often feels rushed, this place reminded us of the joy of slowing down & enjoying a meal together. We left with full hearts, full stomachs, & a shared feeling of happiness that we'll cherish for a long time.
Highly recommended, not just for the food, but for the warmth & kindness that make a meal unforgettable.
I had an amazing all-you-can-eat experience at Takumi Sushi! The food (sushi & the menu items) was incredibly fresh, beautifully presented, & absolutely delicious. What truly made the evening even more memorable was our server, Dong. She was so attentive, & friendly. She made sure we were taken care of the entire time. Her service really elevated our night. I can't wait to come back & would highly recommend Takumi Sushi (& asking for Dong!) to anyone looking for a top-notch sushi experience

I went to takumi sushi this thursday (24/04) & got served by Clark, the service & food was incredible. I would definitely recommend!
J'ai adoré mon expérience à Takumi, le service était rapide les employés très aimables surtout le serveur Clark & la nourriture excellente. Je recommanderais Takumi à n'importe qui!
Je suis parti au restaurant Takumi en ce jeudi 24 avril & j'ai vraiment apprécié l'accueil du serveur Clark . Son énergie positive en fin de soirée ramène la bonne humeur à table & élève même le goût de la nourriture . Je recommande fortement ce restaurant , l'un des meilleurs buffets au Québec !!
Great experience with Takumi Sushi, which I ordered for my birthday party! The sushi was fresh & ready for pickup. I also recommend dining there because the staff was really friendly!!
