Very poor service. They had two large tables which the servers dedicated their full attention to & our table was left waiting.
We received less than half of what we ordered, my vegan friend had only a few pieces of tofu & was still expected to pay full price.
Even after we mentioned it multiple times by the time the bill came the manager was not very willing to compromise.
This was the only all you can eat place I've ever left still hungry.
Greta place, quality is above what you'd expect for a all you can eat. I hope they maintain the quality level.
Felt like the quality of the sushi went down a bit compared to the first time we went.
This is our go-to place for all you can eat sushi. It was a bit disappointing the last time we went just with the quality of the food.
Great environment, hoping quality of the sushi & food can increase abit more.
It's always good, the best all you can eat in West Island. The menu is so friendly to everybody, our group has kids, vegies muslims & meat lovers, everybody was happy about the meal!
The location is busy for weekends & parkings are limited, but it's very easy to park near Rona just across the street, worths walking a few steps for the great food!
First time going there with my boyfriend, I had high expectations for them, but the staffs really disappointed us. We walked in & they didn't even asked us if we wanted to be seated in the middle & if it was ok they just brought us to a table fast. We've asked for a booth & he just mentions that it is all full when we clearly saw a group from a booth leaving & he could've asked us politely to give him 5 mins to clean a booth. When we sat down he puts down a ticket which I never even noticed on the edge of the 2nd table, we've never even been told to use the paper to scan & start our order. After sitting there for at least 6 mins then I've noticed the small crappy paper with a barcode on it, like please at least care to take the time & tell us, some restaurants uses tablets to order at least just tell us scan the darn code & start ordering! Worst, I didn't even notice the crappy tiny paper!!! Bad service I wanted to walk out, didn't even want to eat there but my boyfriend insisted we at least try the food. When ever the staffs serve us food they made sure to bring the plates & stuck it around the edges of the tables like we had germs & they wanted to badly stay away from us, they tried not to speak with us as much as possible, service sucked! Food was ok, wasn't the greatest sushi all you can eat sushi restaurant! Won't be coming back!!!
Very disappointing experience for an all-you-can-eat sushi place. Orders kept coming incomplete - for example, I ordered ten mussels & only received five. Several other items never arrived at all, & I had to reorder the same things multiple times just to get what I asked for. The service was extremely slow, & the constant delays completely ruined the experience. Poor organization & lack of attention to orders. Definitely not satisfied
Great food. Small portions but all you can eat. Lots of variety. All was good. Food kept coming. Good for groups to share.
We visited this sushi restaurant again on New Year's Day, a place we had been to several times before & always looked forward to. Unfortunately, this time the dining experience was extremely disappointing & frustrating.
Every time we ordered something, they never brought the full amount. For example, if we ordered six chicken wings, they only served four. If we asked for four pieces of sushi rice, they only brought four pieces. As an all-you-can-eat restaurant, it's your basic obligation to serve the full portions customers request, not leave them short every single time & force them to reorder.
On top of that, the portions are getting smaller, the cleanliness is worse, & the wasabi was obviously dried out & discolored. The most serious issue is that after we got home, my wife & children had severe diarrhea. They were the only ones who had the miso soup, so we suspect that might have been the cause.
Finally, the service attitude was inconsistent & unfriendly. The staff didn't interact with us at all, & when I said thank you, they didn't even respond. I honestly don't know if I should be paying a service charge for this kind of treatment, although in the end, I still left a 15% tip.
As loyal customers, we probably won't be coming back after this experience.
I really liked the concept & the food quality. The price is quite fair for the variety of food you can get. I recommend this all you can eat for 45$ for dinner during week days. Service on point! My little minus is just a preference but as a sushi lover I wished there was more variety of sushis, most of them are sashimis, nigiris with a little options for makis..Would definitely come back :)
All you can eat. Order on your phone & dishes keep coming to the table. Really quite good. Added wine to the meal.
Food is delicious. Service is excellent. Nice variety. Menu is different during the lunch than at supper, but selection is huge. Best in the West all you can eat I'm craving it right now while I write this review. lol

Really great sushi, has all you can eat (AYCE) with plenty of great offerings, service is really great, restaurant is clean, & portions aren't overly large for AYCE. Food is served quickly & empty plates are taken away before you even notice.

A few months ago we discovered taketa & loved it. As of lately the service & quality has gone downhill. If you go after 6:30pm, the service is very slow & it takes up to 30 mins to get one small dish… they keep items on that menu that they don't have anymore & then don't inform customers. We get half of the quantity we ordered even though it's supposed to be all you can eat. & then it takes 30 mins to get the bill. They need more staff & to update the menu. Won't be going back 😢
THE QUALITYYYYYYYYY!!!! This place is AMAZING. I've been a regular for a few years & they offer the best quality every single time. By far the best all you can eat sushi restaurant I've been to. The fish is always fresh, the service is quick, the menu has a large variety, the avocados are always ripe, the fish to rice ratio is perfect, etc. Didn't realise how good I had it here until I tried another all you can eat.
Hands down the BEST ALL YOU CAN EAT SUSHI EVER !!! The service was super was , the food is delicious , the sashimi was super fresh & a big menu. I recommend this place 100% you're not gonna regret it.
