We love going to this restaurant for the lunch service. Good deal & not too busy . The fish is always fresh & plenty . However we decided to treat ourselves to a dinner service & it was a big downer, the staff is overworked, the restaurant is packed with entire families that have no control of their kids, we were repeatedly missing items from one order to another & by the time the food was coming to our table it was cold ( for the cooked stuff of course). Another thing is the portions of raw fish were visibly smaller than at lunch time , the slice of fish on the nigiri sushi was paper thin .I'm hoping this is just due to the fact they were understaffed but it seems like it's a pattern at dinner time . We will continue coming to the lunch service but we won't repeat for dinner .
Went for dinner on a monday, didn't get half the stuff we ordered, & the food we did get took 40+ minutes. The table next to us ordered the same food as us & got it before us. We had to go up to the front to ask for the same dish. That same table came after us & left before us to give you an idea of the service we got. We signaled to at least 3 waiters for water, took a 4th to actually get some…
Two hours in, we started ordering even more maki rolls just to test the waters… (they never came)
Charging 45$ before tip for mediocre service is diabolical. Rip the 16 dragon eye pcs, I wish I could've tasted you💔 I am currently digesting water because that's all we got.
?While the staff was polite & said they were'trying their best,' the execution was completely off. The restaurant is very quick to seat clients & even quicker to hand over the bill, but the actual service in between is incredibly slow. We didn't even receive half of the food we ordered, & we had to leave without ever getting our ice cream.
?I understand being busy, but management needs to hire more waiters & chefs to keep up with the volume. Sit-down service shouldn't feel this neglected. Please do better.
stayed for 2 hours & waited 20-30 between orders. Staff was intimidating & insisted to tip more than what I wanted to tip. Upset
Love this sushi restaurant so much. I came around 4~5 times these past few years in West Island. The food's okay, I'm no sushi expert. Just a big fan of the price & I hope they don't change it.
I had a very disappointing experience at this sushi restaurant. The staff was rude & unprofessional from the moment we arrived. Instead of making customers feel welcome, they came across as impatient & dismissive whenever we had questions.
The food was just as disappointing. The sushi didn't taste fresh, the quality was poor, & it definitely wasn't worth the price. To make matters worse, we felt overcharged for what we received. The portions were small, & there were unexpected charges on the bill that weren't clearly explained.
Overall, the combination of rude service, poor-quality food, & overpriced menu items made this an experience I won't be repeating. I can't recommend this restaurant based on my visit.
Très belle découverte ! Les sushis sont excellents, il y a beaucoup de choix & les ingrédients sont vraiment frais. Les desserts sont aussi délicieux, surtout pour les enfants qui les adorent. Le Happy Hour du vendredi au dimanche est un super avantage : un adulte peut amener un enfant gratuitement. Un gros merci au gérant, Allen, qui est toujours accueillant, chaleureux & exceptionnel avec les enfants. Son service fait toute la différence. Je recommande sans hésitation !

unprofessional. The way you treat your customers is unacceptable, disrespectful, & shows a complete lack of professionalism. I would never recommend your service to anyone. non professionnel. Votre façon de traiter vos clients est inacceptable, irrespectueuse & démontre un manque total de professionnalisme. Je ne recommanderai jamais vos services à qui que ce soit.
