Sashimi was not fresh, to the point that some were even spoiled (slimy).
I came with my baby in stroller, it was hard to access because there was no wheelchair access, then the staff asked me to fold my stroller although the store was empty( ithe stroller was full of baby stuff & shopping bags). I told him there are tables with space nearby & I could keep the baby in the stroller next to me. He said what if someone came? (Note: The resturant was 80% empty) he said You should set only in this designated table. I felt I am not welcome & I left the resturant! I will not come again
I was living in Atwater for 8 years since 2012 & was a loyal costumer to this restaurant. All you can it, great service & atmosphere. The construction site in Saint Catherine is not helping with the first impresión but I came back today since April, with my little son, & we definitely chose the wrong day & the wrong moment. I arrived at 15:10 & I was informed at the door that the lunch menu was not available & I thought, it is worth it double the price for the dinner menu because I love this restaurant. A big mistake, the chefs where on break, the waitress were tired & the the atmosphere was definitely not welcoming. The food was late, bad prepared, too cold or too hot, we ordered double ice cream to make some time in the waiting & left freezing by the air conditioning. We left sad.
Extremely disappointing & unprofessional experience. While I was still waiting my meal, the staff suddenly came to me & demanded payment, saying they only accepted credit cards. I did not have my credit card with me, so they told me to leave the restaurant, get cash, & come back.
Instead of handling the situation politely, they became extremely aggressive & rude. The way they treated a customer is hostile & unprofessional. I have never experienced such disrespectful behavior in a restaurant before. I will definitely not return & I do not recommend this place.
We were forced to buy the buffet or else we would have to pay for something else that I didn't quite understand, something even more expensive, & if we decided to order from the menu it was only for takeaway even though the restaurant was all alone

Nous avons mangé quelques fois depuis quelques années à ce sushi à volonté.
Le menus est variés & complet.
Beaucoup de saveurs & style possible. Sans compter les plats qui ne sont pas des sushis.
En plus d'un excellent choix, tout est savoureux & goûteux.
Frais de qualité & de plus assez rapide. (Le temps de préparation varie bien sûr !) Tout fait à la demande.
Placé la ou les commande son facile & plaisant avec nôtres téléphone. Avec images ca aide beaucoup.
Excellent service rapide.
Note aux propriétaires petit nettoyage dans les zones non passante & décoration serait de mise. Mise a part nous y sommes confortable.
Pour sûre pour la nourriture qualité prix vous en aurez pour vôtres argent 🤠
The food was really Good & tasty, one of my best times I had Sushi. Fresh & made upon your request. However, it was eat all you can Buffet, I couldn't finish what I ordered.
Lacking flavor. Most things tasted the same. We will not be returning. Not worth the price.
Les plats sont bons, c'est d'ailleurs la raison pour laquelle je reviens à chaque fois. En revanche, le service laisse malheureusement à désirer.
Le personnel est souvent peu accueillant envers les clients, fait très peu d'efforts pour répondre à leurs demandes & ne s'adresse pas toujours à eux avec le respect attendu. C'est un point qui mérite d'être amélioré.
Un restaurant ne se distingue pas uniquement par la qualité de sa cuisine, mais aussi par l'expérience qu'il offre à sa clientèle. J'espère que vous prendrez ces remarques en considération afin d'améliorer votre service.
