Review Summary

Sushi Ste-Catherine offers an extensive all-you-can-eat menu with a wide variety of options ranging from sushi and sashimi to hot dishes like tempura and General Tao chicken. While many patrons praise the freshness of the ingredients, the rapid service provided through the digital ordering system, and the overall value for money, experiences remain inconsistent. Positive reviews often highlight the tasty food and accommodating staff, but several diners report issues with inconsistent food quality, occasional service delays, rude interactions with management, or confusion regarding billing and gratuities. The atmosphere is generally described as popular and lively, though it can become crowded during peak hours, and while some guests find it to be a reliable go-to spot in Montreal, others have encountered cleanliness concerns or a decline in quality over time.

The food was really Good & tasty, one of my best times I had Sushi. Fresh & made upon your request. However, it was eat all you can Buffet, I couldn't finish what I ordered.

Lacking flavor. Most things tasted the same. We will not be returning. Not worth the price.

My visit was very disappointing. The dining area was unbearably warm, the food took far longer than expected to be served, & the staff showed little attention or professionalism throughout our visit. I won't be coming back.

It has to be the worst experience of all-you-can-eat sushi in Montreal. Servers are standing looking at you eat, they are not taking away the plates, or not taking ALL the plates. The sushi are 75% full of unseasoned rice. We went here because we saw on social media that they changed their menu/food.

If you want a better option go to K2, MangaBistro or takeout. People who posts 5 stars here are respectfully not sushi enthusiasts.

I hadn't been in an all you can eat in a while due to bariatric operation & went with a friend. The quality is pretty good, but AYCE nowadays feels overpriced. The staff didn't really seem inviting or interested. But all in all okay meal. The sashimi portions were generous & thick, which was a plus for me.

I came here a very long time & had a very bad experience abd stopping coming there. However I was told there was a change of owner & staff & went there today. I was very surprised & it was a great experience compared to the older one. We came inside earlier than opening time & it was fine. Tbe service was great & they were very attentive to us. I enjoyed what we had however the soup needs flavor the sushi had so much rice but other than that everything was very delicious & I recommend going there. Their fried rice is so delicious. I wish they had sashimi on the lunch menu not just dinner.

I've been to many all-you-can-eat sushi restaurants, but I always find myself coming back to this one. The food is consistently tasty, & the variety is great, from sashimi & sushi rolls to tempura, fried dishes, & even General Tao chicken. Everything is fresh, flavorful, & there's something for everyone. 🍣✨
