If zero stars were an option, I would give zero.
I've eaten here several times & kept giving this place another chance, but tonight was absolutely the last one.
The service is consistently terrible. Food takes forever to arrive, items are missing, quantities are wrong, & somehow the attitude you get when you ask about it is even worse. Tonight, after waiting for about an hour, our food finally started arriving little by little. Not once did anyone apologize or even acknowledge the ridiculous wait.
When we finally complained, the manager's response was essentially'that's how it is.' No apology, no attempt to fix the situation, no concern whatsoever. I genuinely cannot remember encountering a manager in hospitality who was this dismissive & disrespectful.
Then came the most unbelievable part. We paid our bill & were approached afterward because we hadn't left a tip. I explained that I wasn't tipping because we had received neither proper service nor basic respect. Asking a customer to explain why they didn't tip after providing this level of service is astonishing.
I don't expect perfection from a restaurant. I expect orders to arrive, reasonable communication when something goes wrong, & basic courtesy. Apparently, all three are too much to ask here.
Bad food, awful service, & genuinely unacceptable management. I won't be coming back. One star is already too generous.
The food isn't that great, but it's not the worst either. The service is good, but the wait time between dishes is way too long. In the end, I waited over 40 minutes for my last dishes, which were never brought to the table, so I just decided to leave. I don't think it's truly all-you-can-eat; they should be clear about that. I felt like they just didn't want to bring us any more food. There were 3 of us, & it was a bad experience. I'll keep going to next to Korean All You Can Eat instead. This was my first time at this restaurant, & I won't be back.
We paid $200 dollars for 3 persons & did not even get full had to go out & buy something else. I was only able to place 2 orders when they stopped serving us. I order sashimi which took more than 40 minutes just to get to my table on top of the pressure from the staff for us to leave, I had to ask about my order 3 times did not even get it complete & I just decided to leave. I will definitely will not be going back. This was the first experience i had at a restaurant.
We enjoy the variety of food we can choose from although not everything is perfect, we can pick those we really like. The restaurant has improved a lot, the management must be reading comments from users.
I am not the one to write reviews even if I do have a bad experience. But this was especially horrible. We were there for over 90 minutes & only were served 4 plates: the service is incredibly slow. The sushi was not the best. Steak teriyaki was cooked beyond well done, so inedible I had to spit it out. We felt like we were being held hostage in there the service was that slow. I've never eaten somewhere where I seriously considered walking out like here. Took us 40 minutes to get one plate with 4 pieces of sushi on it. I ended up paying $48 per person. I would never go here again
The staaf was very rude specially manager
I asked him about my order he told me u order will b. Ready when they resturents will close no any polite way
