Un service complètement non professionnel du début à la fin. Personne ne nous explique comment le restaurant fonctionne. Nous étions là depuis 20h30 & notre commande est arrivée seulement à la dernière minute avant la fermeture de la cuisine. Les sushis donnaient vraiment l'impression d'avoir été préparés avec les ingrédients restants énormément de riz & de concombre, très peu de garniture. En plus, le personnel avait déjà commencé à nettoyer le restaurant alors que plusieurs clients étaient encore en train de manger. Franchement, c'est de loin la pire expérience & le pire service que j'aie jamais vécus dans un restaurant. Je ne recommande absolument pas cet endroit!

Absolutely one of the worst experiences i had. Food was bad, Service was extremely extremely bad. & like we had to wait legit 45 mins just to get our first plate.
Would never recommend it to anyone.
We legit found multiple plastic pieces in our food & then the waiter replaced our roll with one of the most disgusting thing i've ever had.

Expérience catastrophique. Nous sommes arrivés à 20h30 & avons quitté vers 23h à cause du temps d'attente interminable. Le service était très lent & le professionnalisme n'était pas au rendez-vous.
Une de nos amies a dû partir avant de recevoir sa commande tellement l'attente était longue. Ensuite, le personnel nous a fait toute une histoire pour une mayonnaise épicée à 1$. Comme notre amie était déjà partie, ils voulaient que nous la payions à sa place. Ils sont même allés jusqu'à nous demander de l'appeler pour qu'elle revienne au restaurant afin de payer ce fameux 1$. Au lieu de reconnaître leur erreur & de s'excuser pour le service médiocre que nous avons reçu après plus de deux heures d'attente, ils ont préféré insister pour récupérer ce dollar.
Honnêtement, c'est la première fois que je vis une situation pareille & que je reçois un traitement aussi peu respectueux dans un restaurant. Je ne recommande absolument pas cet endroit franchement 0/5

I came here a very long time & had a very bad experience amd stopped coming there. However I was told there was a change of owner & staff & went there today. I was very surprised & it was a great experience compared to the older one. We came inside earlier than opening time & it was fine. The service was great & they were very attentive to us. I enjoyed what we had however the soup needs flavor the sushi had so much rice but other than that everything was very delicious & I recommend going there. Their fried rice is so delicious. I wish they had sashimi on the lunch menu not just dinner.
Très déçue de mon expérience. Le service était vraiment mauvais & l'attente beaucoup trop longue. La nourriture n'était pas à la hauteur non plus, surtout pour le prix. Honnêtement, je ne recommande pas & je ne reviendrai pas.
Extremely disappointing & unprofessional experience. While I was still waiting my meal, the staff suddenly came to me & demanded payment, saying they only accepted credit cards. I did not have my credit card with me, so they told me to leave the restaurant, get cash, & come back.
Instead of handling the situation politely, they became extremely aggressive & rude. The way they treated a customer is hostile & unprofessional. I have never experienced such disrespectful behavior in a restaurant before. I will definitely not return & I do not recommend this place.
Très très très mauvaise expérience. J'étais avec mon amie & les sushis étaient remplis de riz au point que ce n'était même plus agréable à manger. Mon amie n'a pas pu terminer parce que le goût n'était vraiment pas bon & elle voulait simplement essayer autre chose, mais le monsieur a refusé de nous servir & nous a parlé avec énormément d'impolitesse & aucun respect.
Même si nous avions deux factures séparées, il a voulu me pénaliser moi aussi alors que j'avais mangé toute ma part, malgré les sushis pleins de riz & pas bons, simplement parce que j'avais payé & je voulais profiter de mon repas.

En plus de ça, le service était très désagréable & le personnel parlait d'une façon arrogante & irrespectueuse. Franchement, parmi les buffets sushi à volonté à Montréal, c'est l'un des pires que j'ai essayés. Je ne recommande pas.
The food quality has been lowered a lot, I went there after 1 year, & got disappointed! They bring the last part of order (a la carte) too late en perpose so the appetite would completely gone & you have to eat reluctantly/ don't recommend specifically with important companies for you
