Delicious food, amazing sushi everything is extremely fresh the quality of the fish is insane. The food comes hot & they prepare everything on the spot not like other restaurants that have sushi rolls prepared in advanced. Service is amazing my new favourite app you can eat over all the other multiple ones i have been too.
Te real hitter here is the freshness of the fish! You can feel it at your first bite. The staff is also amazing. Orders came in perfectly fulfilled & fast.

Je suis désolé de le dire car j adorais venir dans ce restaurant mais malheureusement ils sont tombé dans le système de mettre une tonne de riz dans leurs sushi & les saumons rose & je me suis retrouvé gavé en ayant manger beaucoups moins qu'avant & je trouve ça dommage & je pense que je n'y retournerais plus même si les produits étaient très bon & frais le fait de mettre énormément de riz pour remplir le ventre plus vite ça je ne le supporte pas donc pour moi c est terminé sushi hin.

Service a volonté commande sur notre téléphone. Malgré la chaleur c'était bon. Seulement Pas de climatisation ni aération hormis un petit ventilo d'appoint inefficace en pleine canicule c'était difficile de s'alimenter sans pouvoir respirer correctement c'est dommage car ça a gâché le déjeuner tellement c'était étouffant. On avait qu'une seule envie c'était de sortir.
Dessert glacé hyper sucré donc immangeable !!😔
Super de bon restaurant à volonté! Les employés sont super sympathique & le propriétaire aussi, parle de accueil les clients. La fraîcheur de la nourriture est excellente! Je recommande à 100%.
This is going to be my third time visiting Sushi Hin since the Summer of 2024.
Honestly, this place is impressive. The owner, Ming, is as courteous as ever. He even went as far as to come over to ask us for feedback on the menu (since we orders almost 80-90% of the menu). Last year he did the same & it just shows how much care if being put into this place. It truly is a gem amongst gems.
The menu evolves & the service is at a high in terms of standards.
If you are looking for a place to bring your family & friends, business partners, or even a date, Sushi Hin definitely is a stop to make.

Amazing & relaxing place with an amazing aesthetic comfortable vibe food was amazing with many choices for sushi lovers & non sushi lovers staff was amazing fast & kind i would highly recommend going
