I go to a LOT of ayce around mtl, laval & longueuil. This one has the best sashimi i've ever had in Quebec. The texture is perfect. Nothing bad to say. Also theyre the only ones with TUNA sashimi.
The food are really good & high quality with many choices. The chef salad is amazing! Highly recommended!
We went yesterday on new year eve.
Exceptional food by all means
Very special thanx to the manager, we will go back coz of him.
I recommend Sushi Hin 1000%
I hit up Sushi Hin on Blvd St Jean in Montreal on New Year's Day & it was LITERAL FOODGOODNESS 🍣🔥! The buffet was INSANE - like, I saw EVERYTHING I love in one place. Fresh sushi, crazy rolls, hot dishes... mind blown 🤯. Service was on point too. If you're in MTL, GET. THERE. 😋 10/10 would stuff myself again.
One of the Best Sushi in Montreal for sure! The owner is so nice he even treated us to a free beer for me & my wife. :)
They change the name of this sushi restaurant from sushi St. Jean to sushi hi. & the food is still trash. Do not order any of the cooked salmon rolls , it taste like dried out canned salmon. They may give you extra of some things but it's more than likely something they want to get rid of . The food was very disappointing just not fresh.
Meilleure place. On a attendu, mais tout le monde était tellement gentil & la bouffe est incroyable. Meilleur à volonté de ma vie
Excellent .Food was really good .Large portions, service excellent.Great all you can eat sushi
Very slow service & our iPad cut us off at 9pm with no last call warning so we didn't get the chance to order our last round. Disappointed
Very good, a lot of variety but very long service. A lot of waiting between the dishes
It was soooo good the tastes exploding in my mouth the atmosphere excellent & the service super fast & best shushi I ever tries
I don't normally leave reviews but what a terrible experience we had. Everything was either bland or tasted like oil & felt gross afterwards. I'm not too picky with sushi but it was the worst sushi I've had at an all you can eat restaurant. Even if you let the manager know about your experience, it doesn't do much good as you get a minor discount & can't change it as'he already made the bill.' I honestly don't understand how people are giving 5 star reviews as they must have been paid off or be family/friends.
Belle place, je n étais pas revenu depuis le changement de nom ( sushi St Jean devenu Sushi Hin), mais tout est très bon, rapidement servi... rien à redire.
Sushi is bland & all tastes the same. Quality extremely cheap & it is falling apart half the time. The wok dishes are one worst then the other. The ribs was all fat as you can see in pictures. Lamb was chewy, udon noodles flavourless as you can see, pad Thai overkill on fish sauce. The general tao, sesame beef & orange no sauce just tastes like the oil from the sauce. My husband can eat for 3 people & he didn't eat at all. I barely ate. I spoke to the manager & he laughed & instead of not charging us full price he was so'generous' to offer a 15% discount. Avoid this place & do yourself a favor & go to Matsuno instead. I only came here because Matsuno was closed what a regret.
Resto parfait, je le conseille grandement que ce soit sur place ou pour emporter.
5 ⭐ Super FRESH n DELICIOUS! Mr. Ming (the new owner) takes pride in giving great quality food n professional service. I will tell ALL my Sushi lovers to visit your restaurant. Thank you for a beautiful lunch. I wish you the fullest of success. See you soon Sky
Huge improvement from previous owners - everything is much better - atmosphere, food, service & modern tables, lights & ordering system. Parking might be a bit of a problem during busy days, great experience overall.
Not impressed at all. Hadn't been there since its previous name sushi st Jean & didn't love it then but decided to try again. Food was not fresh, rice was chewy, nothing impressive in the flavour, & the shrimp tempura was not even crispy. Service was lacking, we waited a while to get our water filled & more napkins. No one really checked in to see how our meal was or if we needed anything. We were also sat by the door on a very cold day when there were clearly other seats available, so we were cold the whole time.
The 3 other all you can eat places in the West Island are all MUCH better.
