Au début la première commande cela semblait bien. Après, plus de services, le serveur n'apportait plus rien, il nous a dit que c'était coincé en arrière, on était environ 6 en tout dans le restaurant. On lui a mentionner souvent, que nous avions pas reçu nos commandes. Il allait les demander directement à la place des coincés! J'ai fini par commander ma crème glacée.car on avait pas de services. Mon conjoint a attendu comme 30 minutes pour un sushi. Quand a la nourriture, le général tao pas capable de cloquer dedans, le poulet tellement sec que j'avais l'impression de manger des branches d'arbre. En gros, ils viennent de perdre des bons clients & comme la pub se fait souvent de bouche a oreille, je ne pense pas que j'encouragerais mes proches a y aller. J'ai l'impression d'avoir jeté 145$ dans les poubelles :( les serveurs & le personnelle ont l'air écoeuré! Dommage qu'il n'a pas de 0

Honestly just amazing sushi was great we came close to the last call & quality was still excellent salmon melts in your mouth rolls were delicious best all you can eat sushi I've had in Montreal , customer service was also great they were very nice & understating definitely recommend & worth the price . Excellent 👍👍

Probably the worst sushi I ever had, it was stale, really salty, not fresh, bland, yuck.

I didn't even order a lot because we hated everything we tried. They said I have to pay for the sushi I didn't eat.
Not sure if they charged me the extra yet, but will definitely fight the charge.

Overall would highly not recommend. Do not go. I feel terrible after eating that garbage. Waste of 40$ per person.

First, the table wasn't prepared, I was missing one chopstick. No wasabi or soy sauce. Second, my order was given to the wrong table so I had to order a second time. Third the waiter threw the receipt on the table, because we didn't tip. Why would I tip when the service wasn't good. I didn't appreciate this behaviour. This happens every time I come to this place.

Food quality was not worth 40$ per person especially on Tuesday night. Food was not fresh & it was bland. Soup tastes like water & only got it mid way through my order. Don't recommend, save your money. It's not a sushi place for West Island prime location. Overall disappointing.

This restaurant is a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT WITH service. For the price they charge we left still hungry, a family of 7. We arrived 6:30 & left at 9 pm. We would order & only partially would arrive sometimes 1/3 & super slow!!! So frustrating!!! When I refused to pay full price he said he'd call the police! 😆 We ended up paying for 4 adults. I will never return!! The manager said I was the only one complaining!!! That was a lie! People around us felt the same & were vocal. Then I told him his computer ordering system is faulty. He said he'll change it next year. 😆 Very poor management! Time to find a better one!!!

La nourriture était très bonne, mais le service était beaucoup trop long. Nous avons recommandé 3 à 4 fois des aliments & nous ne les avons jamais reçu. Très déçu du service. Nous avons été assis pendant plus que 2h & 30 minutes.

I really wanted to like this place, but unfortunately it was a terrible experience.

The sushi was ice cold, as if it had been refrigerated overnight instead of being freshly made. To make matters worse, there were bugs around the food, which completely ruined our appetite.

I do want to mention that the staff were very kind, understanding, & accommodating. They handled the situation professionally, & I don't blame them. In fact, one of the staff members even told us they've been trying to convince the owner that the food quality needs to improve.

Unfortunately, good service couldn't make up for the poor food quality & cleanliness. I can't recommend this restaurant, & I would suggest going somewhere else until these issues are addressed.
