I don't know what happened, but whatever it is, they are going in the right direction. Some of these other spots should take a moment & recalibrate the way this location did. Definitely got the bad mojo from sushi st-jean out the door. Food is flavorful. I personally had a coup de coeur for the wonton soup. It was perfect. Everything else too was divine (props on that Mango sushi). Service was on point. I went on a wednesday evening & got a service that impressive. They even got us an extra table because of all the food we ordered. Staff is also very respectful. Finally, the atmosphere. At first the classical music they played didnt make sense, but then the food arrives, the sushi platters...& you are like on a different plane. Now the music make sense. Everythings tastes so much better. Everything make much more sense.View more

Fantastic service & food! I thought it would be similar to sushi st-jean but decided to give Sushi Hin a try & it absolutely exceeded my expectations! The food was fresh & flavourful & the service was a delight. I highly recommend the salmon Tataki if you enjoy salmon sashimi.View more
