I was a pretty disappointed with my experience, I saw they had a new management & new name via tiktok (I went before when it was Sushi St-Jean), it looked super good on video so I wanted to try it. The sashimi octopus was still half frozen (half hard & icey) & because of that it was really chewy. It had less choices than before considering the price we were paying, I was really disappointed with the choices they had. The service was okay, they got our orders mixed up multiple times & they brought some of my orders on an other table behind us & when we did get our new order, it wasn't really tasty. I had to ask to fill my water about 2 times. Only 1 server was super sweet & nice, I should have gotten his name. We had an sleeping infant with us & they somehow placed us right next to a huge family with 6 kids, so it was pretty loud & chaotic (no judgement to them) it just made our atmosphere really stressful with our baby. Drove 30-40 minutes to come try it too, which made it more disappointing.
Came here with low expectations, but it was a nice surprise ! The food came out quick, empty plates were taken out quickly, napkins & water were refilled without asking, overall a nice evening dinner. The kitchen food was pretty good, nothing was warm, everything was hot like it came out of the stove. We especially liked the tempura, the beef skewers & beef rolls with green onions. There are the classics that you can expect from an all you can eat (dynamite, california, dragon eye, sashimi, etc.) & they were fine ! Overall I liked it, it is pretty expensive, 40$ per person on a Thursday.

Sushi Hin has taken over brillantly over previous owner (Sushi St-Jean) They have 2 different menu options for lunch & dinner. For the Lunch that we selected during a weekend it was 29$ per person. For a little more ypu can select dinner even at lunch time to unveal lot more options. Quality is amazing. & yes you want to order more of the same.. meaning that taste & execution are great ! Oh yeah. memories came back.. & YES it was pack in no time. Kitchen was taking order until 2.30pm Maki, sashimi (salmon), hosomaki, temaki & kitchen wow.. kitchen amazing. I had that beef brocoli.. & yeah crispy tender.. perfect. I sampled a lot of everything & it was actually very good !!! Staff.. Perfect.
We went on a Sunday, & the restaurant was packed! We were impressed with how quick, attentive, warm & efficient the service was. Great staff & I would say that this is easily one of my top AYCE in Montreal. Quality is great especially for the price. Enjoyed their rolls, sashimi & skewers. We also enjoyed the cocktails (go for the lychee martini yum) & also the nice selection of sakes & soju. Will definitely return & happy that the West Island gets to have this gem in their area!

The salmon sashimi, oil fish sashimi, beef tataki, & avocado rolls are consistently fresh. But the salmon pizza was a miss for me. The breaded rice was cold & not too crispy. The chicken pad thai was more savory than sweet & was a bit dry. The flavor was too subtle. I wish it had a bolder flavor & more sauce.
Ok I just had the best AYCE meal ever! Newly opened, A-MA-ZING meal. Everything was so fresh. A large variety of sashimi & they have some specialty dish that most AYCE don't offer. It's a must try! The staff are amazing 👏 We started receiving food litterally a min after ordering! I've eaten alot of all you can eat sushi restaurants & this one comes out on top! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Best maki I've had at all you can eat, & an amazing sashimi selection. Also, they paid a lot of attention to keeping water topped up, which is always big for me!
Nice place , very clean. The kitchen & the sushi are amazing. The hosomaki are bot fill with rice & theyre perfect. Sashimi are good & fresh. I suggest at having a lilttle bit more variety of sashimi would be nice & the wine list is very affordable. Overall for a All you can eat sushi, its a must try place with alot of parking.

Service was quick & attentive. Selection of food was great. We loved the sushi hin Maki, tuna tataki, & sashimi.. The new management is doing an excellent job of running the restaurant. Highly recommended
Fantastic service & food! I thought it would be similar to sushi st-jean but decided to give Sushi Hin a try & it absolutely exceeded my expectations! The food was fresh & flavourful & the service was a delight. I highly recommend the salmon Tataki if you enjoy salmon sashimi.
The food was delicious & fresh. Thick slices of salmon & tuna sashimi. Waiter & owner were very nice. We had a great time in a great atmosphere. I went twice already & was never deceived. Definitely coming back there.

Excellent experience at lunch on a weekday. Attentive staff & great options including sashimi, which at many places is only available for dinner. It was 26.99 for weekday lunch all you can eat plus tax/tip.
