My colleaugue Peter sent me here & his recomendation did not dissapoint. From the moment you walk in you are greeted with a smile. The restaurant is beautiful & clean, ther service is impecable. The food is so fresh & tasty after the 1st sushi you know you cant stop.They had every single kind on the menu. They also have a vast selection of wines & other drinks. This place really impressed me. I will sure come again & recomend it over & over again. The people who are rating this restaurant at a low star rate have no clue about quality of food.View more

I am surprised at the negative reviews. Disregard them as they are not accurate. I was just there today & 2 weeks ago. & also last month. Service is faster than a thunderbolt & meat is pure gold. Best sushi ever. please ignore the fake reviews, this place is probably getting hate from other sushi places. I read all the "bad" reviews & they are all lies. It's exactly the opposite. Service is very fast. You will never find a hair. Seriously? Why are these people lying. I've been there atleast a dozen times this dinner is cleaner than a church. Even thier wasabi & pickles taste very fresh. Food is top quality directly from the water & never frozen. I never tasted something as fresh & Authentic. Absolutely the best of the bestView more

The salmon sashimi, oil fish sashimi, beef tataki, & avocado rolls are consistently fresh. But the salmon pizza was a miss for me. The breaded rice was cold & not too crispy. The chicken pad thai was more savory than sweet & was a bit dry. The flavor was too subtle. I wish it had a bolder flavor & more sauce.View more

Very good all-you-can-eat sushi experience with convenient parking available. While not the absolute best I've had, the sushi is generally fresh & flavorful, with a decent variety of rolls. The service is friendly & efficient, & the atmosphere is pleasant. There were a few minor inconsistencies in the quality of some rolls, but overall, it's a solid choice for satisfying your sushi cravings at a reasonable price. It's definitely a step up from the old Sushi St. Jean that used to be in the same location.View more

It was my first time at Sushi Hin. We were 15 people in total, including 4 kids aged from 5 to 9. We were skeptical about the restaurant due to certain reviews we saw on Google. Luckily, we still gave it a try because it was beyond our expectations. First of all, I'd like to thank the manager & the servers who took care of us. They made us feel welcome & gave us a very nice service all the way through the end. The sushi were nicely presented & fresh. Our sashimi were nicely cut, & they were served cold. We went on a Tuesday night, & the manager was very kind enough to make us try a few rolls that only appeared on the weekends menu. The tuna tataki & salmon tataki were very good. The citrus sauce that comes with it made the dish very pleasant to eat on a hot day. My favorite was the lamb skewers, not dry & just a bit fatty to have that nice taste of lamb. My family was surprised by their kitchen dishes. The dishes such as the pad Thai had a nice flavor of wok hei. My kids who are picky eaters ate a lot & were able to find something to enjoy since they have a huge variety of choice. We'll definitely come back to try the rest of the menu. So far, the best all you can eat sushi we had in a long time.View more

Been three twice now since I'm in town for 2 weeks. Great all you can eat sushi buffet where you just scan the QR code to bring up their menu in your phone & start ordering away. The menu also have pictures of items for easier food identification which is nice if you don't know what the food is called. Plenty of parking in front of the restaurant. Nice clean restaurant with lots of staff on hand. Staffs are nice, attentive, & work in unison to bring food to your table & taking empty plates away. The foods are fresh & nicely presented every plate. The beef & salmon takaki are some of the delicious dishes that cost $20 a plate at a different restaurant. Great foods. Great service. I recently ate at Sushi Hin & had an exceptional experience. The highlight of my visit was obviously the food but also the impeccable service provided by one of the servers gabrielle. She was incredibly attentive, friendly, & made sure all our needs were met with a smile. The sushi was fresh & delicious, & the ambiance of the restaurant was perfect for a relaxing evening out. Ok I just had the best AYCE meal ever! Newly opened, A-MA-ZING meal. Everything was so fresh. A large variety of sashimi & they have some specialty dish that most AYCE don't offer. It's a must try! Nice place , very clean. The kitchen & the sushi are amazing. The hosomaki are bot fill with rice & theyre perfect. Sashimi are good & fresh. Sushi Hin & sushi StJean are like night & day... sushi StJean was awful with horrible & greedy owners. They even charged for spicy mayo... can you believe that? That being said, I heard alot of good things about Hin from my friends that had the opportunity to try it. This is why i decided to head there this week. We were greeted by the manager Ming.
