Reviews for Sushi Hidden Fish consistently highlight superb freshness, precise preparation, and beautifully presented dishes that combine classic nigiri and sashimi with inventive, non traditional rolls; the atmosphere is refined and intimate, the bar offers a standout vibe, and the service is attentive and knowledgeable, creating an experience that many diners feel justifies the price and invites a return visit.
Limited cocktail list & ridiculously highly priced… e.g Very soso Old fashion for 26$…
Sushi rolls are very good but prices are just insane… 40-70$ per rolls… the Waguy roll at 65$ may have maximum 20g of Wagyu in it…
Not a repeat for me.
Brilliant fish & skill sets of obviously accomplished chefs…great balance & delicate homage to the roots of this cuisine chapeau to Hidden Fish Hidden Gem

i used to be such a hidden fish hater cuz i tried it a few yrs ago & it was so boring but i finally went again last week & it was AMAZING.
everything we ordered was so delicious. salmon noodles, ora king salmon sashimi, chef choice nigiri set, & their special at the time, this ankimo maki (monkfish liver) was seriously incredible. every bite was big MMM moment. super fresh, super interesting mix of ingredients.
