He took the time to understand our preferences & guided us toward some of the best sushi recommendations, all of which were exceptional.

Nous avons mangé au Hidden Fish le soir du 31 décembre, en couple, & tout était parfait du début à la fin. Dès l'accueil, on se sent pris en charge avec beaucoup de délicatesse. Le lieu est calme, chaleureux, avec une musique de fond juste ce qu'il faut pour pouvoir discuter - une ambiance cozy & apaisante.
Le personnel est d'un grand professionnalisme, attentionné sans être envahissant. Quant au Chef, on sent immédiatement la passion & l'amour du métier dans chaque assiette. Les plats étaient savoureux, d'une fraîcheur remarquable, parfaitement équilibrés… au point d'en avoir eu la chair de poule. Beaucoup d'émotions à la dégustation.
Une adresse mémorable que nous n'oublierons pas & où nous reviendrons sans hésiter.
Nous sommes allées au restaurant Hidden Fish pour célébrer Noël en famille, & une fois de plus, nous avons été enchantées. La cuisine était délicieuse & le service, absolument impeccable, au-delà de nos attentes. C'est un endroit que je recommande sans la moindre hésitation - une vraie belle expérience à chaque visite !
This place is the real deal for high end sushi. Don't expect to get away cheap here, but you will be amazed at the quality & experience. From wagyu to aged sushi, trust your server. They will guide you on an experience.
The ambiance is great casual fine dining laid back. We had a party of 7 & it was approximately $150 CAD per person.
Amazing food. The pictures show why. The sushi chef is awesome.
Initially everything was fine but once the waiter came to our table, we felt pushed/ rushed. We knew exactly what we wanted to order but the waiter kept mentioning that it was not enough according to him (opinion we didn't ask for). He kept on coming by every 4min to keep pouring the wine which was not needed since it was not cold from the beginning (felt super rushed). At one point we spoke English to him but he kept answering in French when we could clearly hear him speak English with another table. Once we asked for the bill, they were hovering over us with their machines to take payment, not even giving us a chance to look at it or just take a few minutes to finish our glasses without rushing. At some point during the dinner once we were done with food, another person came to the table & cleared absolutely everything without even asking us if we were done, we didn't even realize our glasses were gone. Will not be coming back.
Not the best experience that left a negative impression of the place we were looking forward to trying.
