Overall outstanding meal with a number of delicious highlights: bluefin tuna, wagyu, king salmon, tuna belly, & a combo of scallop with foie-gras.

Gathered for a birthday sushi dinner for my friend, & we had a wonderful time. Matthew was our co-host & provided excellent service.
Cocktails were beautiful & exotic - full of flavor (but maybe a bit challenged to taste the dose of alcohol?). Sushi & Sashimi was fresh & beautifully presented. Matthew provided excellent guidance for selections & dessert.

Hidden Sushi Place is a great sushi spot & honestly one of my favorite restaurants in Montreal. I really loved the experience. The waiter took the time to explain the menu & was very attentive throughout the meal. The menu is unique & different from other places, so it's worth taking your time to explore because each item feels special. I would definitely come back again. It's also a great place for a date night in Montreal. You can expect around $200 for two people. My favorite was the salmon tartare maki, & the salmon noodles were also really good.

Probably the best sushi place I've been to so for in Montreal. Each dish had their unique taste, & I didn't even have to use soy sauce for most of what I've tried.
They had some some uncommon dishes like a'spaghetti style' sushi dish.
The place looks nice & the food too.
Luckily we were able to get in without a reservation without too much wait.

Overall a good experience.
