My favorite Sushi spot. There are some very good ones in Montreal but Hidden Fish has an interesting creative aspect that does not go over the top. Good selection of fish species. Great Saki selection some nice Japanese beers. Great for a pregame meal if you are going to a hockey & do not want to eat the overpriced gruel they serve at the Bell center. Very pleasant staff, nice ambiance & groovy music.
I would have given it a 4.5. Food is amazing, the service is there with regards to knowledge & helpfulness but the food took a long time to come out & the servers didn't check in enough. I will certainly return.

Hidden Fish served us the best nigiri I've ever had, one of the chefs even gave us a dish of real wasabi. Amazing service, ambiance & food, I'll definitely be going back!
We were done eating, waiter asked us if we wanted dessert we said no, he was going to get the bill & another waiter came to bring us another roll after 45 minutes & we told him we just asked for the bill & that we were no longer hungry. The manager claimed not be able to cancel the other. They made us take it to go & charged us for it. No good will gesture of any kind. Would not go back, so turned off.
