I love this restaurant so much, but honestly there was a waiter that made my night harder than it already was (blond guy with tattoos & a beard).
The energy that he introduced himself with was just odd. At some point I was speaking in another language & he was pouring water, we said thank you to him & wanted to continue the conversation, then he said'I'm not listening to you, you don't have to switch the language'…. No one says that! It was just awkward. I've been a loyal customer for 3 years & have never had a complaint about the service up until now.
Then I asked for extra ginger, since it was little & it was ending, the waitress said we would be charged extra for that. Who charges for extra ginger?
If you want a top notch sushi experience, this is the place for you. Although on the expensive side, the food is incredible to experience. There are no words to describe the taste. My only complaint was the cost of non-alcoholic drinks at $25 each.
Première visite, le service a été excellent, bonne ambiance. La présentation & la fraîcheur des plats étaient bien. J'ai trouvé pour le rapport qualité, quantité que c'était dispendieux. Dans tout les nigiris que nous avons manger pour moi le wasabi étais de trop, cachais le goût délicat des poissons.
