Seriously, the amount of cream cheese on their sandwiches could build a second bagel tower. But hey, if you're into that kind of thing, go for it! Just be prepared to wait longer than it takes to watch a Lord of the Rings marathon. I mean, I'm pretty sure Frodo could've destroyed the One Ring twice in the time it takes to get your order here. On a more serious note, their bagels are fresh, I just didn't appreciate that I got a bitter aftertaste of burnt onion/garlic on my bagel but overall fine!
- Must try if you're in Montreal - Shocked that a touristic place won't take international credit cards, terrible idea - Bagel sandwiches are good - Manager (we think) was super rude, shouting & moving people around. Be prepared to be yelled at & wait long lines on busy weekends.
showed up midday & had 3-4 groups ahead of us. the wait went by quickly though, & was well worth it! had sandwiches on the rosemary & salt bagels with pesto & mayo, which was very very good. the seating is a bit crowded & hectic inside as someone new is getting seated every 2-3 minutes. clearly a well-oiled machine, very efficient & great taste!
Fresh bagels were awesome, especially with the spreads they sell in the to-go store. The wait for the to-go store was also pretty short, less than 10 minutes. Surprisingly, though, no to-go sandwiches & the line to grab a seat was like 90+ minutes.
