Au cours de sa tournée nord-américaine, la Superstar grecque Mihalis Hatzigiannis a découvert Melina Mammas, une jeune chanteuse grecque canadienne, fille de Lawrence Mammas, et a été invitée à dîner à La Belle & La Boeuf où il a été tellement impressionné par le groupe qu’il a proposé un partenariat pour apporter une cuisine authentique grecque Souvlaki, avec un concept Foodtastic à Montréal. Voilà que Souvlaki Bar est né, ouvrant notre premier magasin le 12 septembre 2014. Plus de 5000 personnes ont assisté à la grande fête d’ouverture où Mihalis et Melina ont joué à l’extérieur devant plusieurs fans heureux. Chez Souvlaki Bar : nous garantissons la fraîcheur et la qualité de nos ingrédients, d’où vient notre slogan : Je suis fresh.

I had a lovely early dinner: pork souvlaki & Greek beer! I indulged in fries :) The place is clean, decorated with taste, the service is great, the atmosphere superb with low volume Greek music & of course most importantly: the food is delicious! Finally I tasted fries that taste like fries. Highly recommend. To the owner: well done!

Had a really good lunch with a friend. Ordered the plate with 2 gyros in Pita & had more than enough to take home for a second great & tasty meal. My taste buds salute the chef & the service was great.

Nous avons décider d'y retourner afin de faire connaître le restaurant à des amies. Malheureusement notre serveur pour la soirée (Denny) n'était pas à sa place...arrogant!!! En plus, les jeunes à la table à coté de nous vapotais directement assis à leur place! Avec le service que nous avons eu je vais considérer d'essayer une autre succursale
