Stopped by Skybird in Pierrefonds with my son & we both had bowls. Honestly they were amazing. Everything tasted super fresh, the chicken was perfectly cooked, & the toppings all worked really well together.
The sauces were seriously good, especially the gochujang sauce. Absolutely delicious. It added the perfect kick & really made the bowl stand out.
The owner was also really nice & welcoming, which made the experience even better.
