Stopped by Skybird in Pierrefonds with my son & we both had bowls. Honestly they were amazing. Everything tasted super fresh, the chicken was perfectly cooked, & the toppings all worked really well together.
The sauces were seriously good, especially the gochujang sauce. Absolutely delicious. It added the perfect kick & really made the bowl stand out.
The owner was also really nice & welcoming, which made the experience even better.
If you are in the area & want something fresh & tasty, definitely give this place a try. My son & I will definitely be back.
SO tasty! My husband & I wanted to try something different & this really hit the spot. The ingredients tasted sooo fresh. We were greeted by a very friendly gentleman named Julian & he explained the menu throughly, even let us try the sauces bcz we were confused with which one to go with. Will def be returning for the Banh Mi Chicken.

I'm writing this as i'm devouring my bowl! So fresh & delicious, i was shocked at the first bite into the chicken honestly. It was fresh & juicy. The place is spacious, clean & very welcoming. Loved every bite ngl 😅

The layout is refreshingly simple & highly efficient-a dream for both customers & staff. The smooth, intuitive service flow makes assembling bowls & Banh Mi sandwiches a breeze. It's a franchise-friendly model with the efficiency of a well-oiled machine, but with the personal touch & freshness of a local café. Think of it as a healthier, more vibrant take on Subway, where you're in complete control of every ingredient that goes into your meal. As someone who values clean eating, I appreciated the abundance of heart-healthy, wholesome options-choices my cardiologist would surely applaud.
Eager to dive in, I set out to create my custom beef bowl. I started with a hearty brown rice base & loaded it up with a colorful medley of fresh ingredients with cucumber - cool, crisp, & refreshing, tomatoes - plump, juicy, & sweet, fresh corn - adding a subtle, summery sweetness, jalapenos - bringing a gentle, lingering heat, Red onion - providing a sharp, tangy bite, black beans & white beans - packing a powerful protein punch.
For the final flourish, I topped it all off with crispy fried onions & selected the tender, savory beef with a rich sauce as my protein. My wife, meanwhile, crafted her bowl with the same base but opted for a chicken fillet, skipping the corn for a lighter, zestier combination.
The portions were not merely generous-it was magnificently abundant. Each mouthful delivered a deeply satisfying burst of flavors & textures, blending the freshness of the vegetables with the warmth of the rice & the richness of the beef. This wasn't just a meal-it was a nourishing experience. The kind that doesn't just fill you up but fortifies you, keeping you energized & content for hours.
I had to try their signature Vietnamese-style baguette sandwich. From the first bite, I was enchanted. The baguette was perfectly crisp on the outside, offering a delightful crunch, while remaining light & airy inside. The tender, succulent pork melted in my mouth, beautifully complemented by the tangy, zesty vegetables. The interplay of flavors-savory, sweet, & slightly spicy-created a harmonious & utterly addictive bite.
My wife & I shared the sandwich, & by the second bite, we were both hooked. It was a flavor revelation that instantly left us craving more.
What truly stood out, beyond the incredible flavors, was the speed & efficiency of the service. With my busy schedule, it's reassuring to know I can stop by & enjoy a healthy, satisfying meal prepared quickly & expertly. The fresh ingredients, combined with the build-your-own customization, make it an easy & smart choice for anyone seeking a healthier alternative to conventional fast food.
After this experience, I can confidently say that I am now officially a bowl convert. It's no surprise that traditional restaurants are increasingly adding bowls to their menus. The concept is genius-fresh, customizable, & packed with nutrition. It's a meal trend that perfectly balances flavor, convenience, & health.

I had the pleasure of experiencing SkyBird for the first time last week. The design & interior of the location was beautiful & the food was great! I ate a sky bowl with pork & tasted a chicken Banh Mi. The ingredients were fresh, light, flavourful & healthy portions. An all around great experience. I will be back for more!

J'ai eu le plaisir de découvrir ce restaurant hier soir, & je suis absolument ravie de mon expérience. La nourriture est d'une fraîcheur remarquable, savoureuse & parfaitement présentée. Chaque ingrédient est mis en valeur avec soin, & les saveurs sont tout simplement exquises.
Le service client est exceptionnel : les employés prennent vraiment le temps de comprendre nos goûts & nos besoins, & répondent à toutes nos questions avec gentillesse & professionnalisme. On se sent écouté & bien accueilli du début à la fin.
Le décor est magnifique, chaleureux & raffiné, & le restaurant est d'une propreté irréprochable.
Mention spéciale pour les biscuits au gingembre & au matcha - un vrai coup de coeur !

Skybird is a gem! The torch-seared proteins have an incredible smoky flavor, & everything tastes super fresh - especially the veggies. Service is fast, the food feels clean & vibrant, & that ginger cookie is next-level. Highly recommend!
The restaurant is very clean, has a nice ambiance & is inviting. The food is excellent, very fresh, very delicious, & very very healthy for you. For example, the matcha, ginger, vegetables & sauces have very beneficial effects healthwise. NO SATURATED or TRANSFAT like you find in other restaurants. The protein (meats- chicken, steak, & pork are grilled(not fried) & very juicy & fresh). I would definitely recommend this restaurant - the food they serve is Not only healthy but delicious & melts in your mouth. The staff are also very knowleageable in what they serve , friendly, & they even gave us some free samples to taste. Also if you want something fast & healthy this is the place where you should go. I definitely recommend this restaurant. I give it a thumbs up.

I ordered a bowl. Ingredients were fresh & had a great variety but the steak was a bit dry. Sauces were so good! Loved the presentation & decor. Will definitely return to try more.
I had the chicken bowl at Skybird & it was absolutely delicious - fresh with amazing flavor. The place is clean, & the staff were friendly & efficient. You can taste the quality. I'll definitely be back. 👍
This is the first time I am trying food here. What can I say, Just loved it. I had a mini sky bol with chicken & bang mi baguette with steak. Absolutely delicious. Fresh ingredients & the Gochujang sauce on top made every bite more enjoyable !! Torching my protein on the bol was something new that added more flavors to the chicken bol. Very friendly staff & the service was super fast.
Food is good & ingredients are fresh & quality. My respect goes to this franchise. Let's hope they keep this quality for years to come unlike tim hortons.
