Vietnamese approved! This really hits like a traditional bánh mì but with a fun little twist thanks to all the different sauces you can choose from. The bread was super crispy on the outside, light & airy inside.

The lady who served us at the cash was sweet & welcoming. The space is also beautiful, super clean & spacious. Great food, great vibes, & definitely a spot I'll be coming back to.

Was there tonight & I got the regular bowl with lentils as the base & the vegan chicken. It was incredible!!!! I love that you can choose 7 toppings & various sauces, all vegan btw, & each sauce is homemade & out of this world. The portions was huge! The toppings so fresh & all together it was incredible. Highly recommend.

Ça fait à présent plusieurs fois que je vais au Skybird, & je finis toujours par avoir une très belle expérience. Le manger est de qualité, l'atmosphère est calme, le lieu est propre & le service est super (mention spéciale à Eva, très bon service).

One of the best banh mi's my boyfriend & I have had! Amazing bread, flavour & overall sandwich. Service by Eva was fantastic & she made great recommendations to ensure our meal was delicious. Great Vietnamese ice coffee as well! 10/10 would recommend & definitely will return. :)

Great quality, unique flavour profile, good atmosphere. The staff was also very friendly & helpful, Yuming & Eva served us, immediately recognizing that it was our first time & presenting all their selections with patience & a smile.
