Food is very tasty & fresh. However I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone who has allergies, celiac disease or gluten intolerance as they don't train their staff at all. I've tried this place on multiple occasions, have rarely gotten sick, but the lack of awareness of what'gluten' is, is honestly alarming. Once, the two workers had no idea what gluten was. Another time, the lady who I think is the manager added some random extremely hot sauce to my dish without my knowledge (I ordered online). Which is very concerning for me. I literally had to throw it out because I didn't know if that sauce contained any gluten. They do however list the other sauces ingredients. Lastly, the last time (& LAST EVER) time I will ever be going here, the same lady decided to use a random lid covered in crumbs to package my meal. There was no reason to use a dirty lid, & she tried arguing with me that it was clean. It very much was not, as I could literally see crumbs in it. She did end up swapping it after trying to argue with me though. The food is great, but the customer service is not. If you have any allergy whatsoever, do NOT come here.

A wonderful bowl at SKYBIRD! & the girl who works there was very nice & offered tasty treats! Very sweet & charming! & the food tasted good & clean! It's like eating at home!Definitely going back 🤍💯👍

Decided to have dinner here & do my studies because of the tall windows as well as clean space. Shoutout to Eva for the welcoming service! I ordered the Chicken Filet Banh Mi with the Lemongrass Satay sauce. It was very good. Chicken was juicy, topped with a good portion of coriander & pickled veggies. The baguette was also tasty & crispy! I'd say a fusion of Asian & Mediterranean flavours. I tried the Matcha Oat cookie as well, I found that it was a bit dry, not too sweet & leaning towards bitter due to the matcha flavor. Overall, I'd still say 5 stars because I was really satisfied with my main meal (the banh mi) & I got to do some studies, yay! :)

Stopped by Skybird in Pierrefonds with my son & we both had bowls. Honestly they were amazing. Everything tasted super fresh, the chicken was perfectly cooked, & the toppings all worked really well together.

The sauces were seriously good, especially the gochujang sauce. Absolutely delicious. It added the perfect kick & really made the bowl stand out.

The owner was also really nice & welcoming, which made the experience even better.

If you are in the area & want something fresh & tasty, definitely give this place a try. My son & I will definitely be back.

SO tasty! My husband & I wanted to try something different & this really hit the spot. The ingredients tasted sooo fresh. We were greeted by a very friendly gentleman named Julian & he explained the menu throughly, even let us try the sauces bcz we were confused with which one to go with. Will def be returning for the Banh Mi Chicken.

Had a very tasty Bowl with a lentil base. The condiments were fresh & varied & I love the SAUCES. I did steak as my protein & it was delicious.

I had the chicken gochujang banh mi & it was soo good!! I've been looking for a GOOD banh mi place in West Islane & I finally found ! I also got the vietnamese coffee & it was SO tasty!! The worker was extremely helpful since it was my first time, I came with my friend & she gave us 2 matcha cookies on the house!! How sweet!! Loved the food & atmosphere, definitely coming back again
