Stopped by Skybird in Pierrefonds with my son & we both had bowls. Honestly they were amazing. Everything tasted super fresh, the chicken was perfectly cooked, & the toppings all worked really well together.
The sauces were seriously good, especially the gochujang sauce. Absolutely delicious. It added the perfect kick & really made the bowl stand out.
The owner was also really nice & welcoming, which made the experience even better.
If you are in the area & want something fresh & tasty, definitely give this place a try. My son & I will definitely be back.

I got the bowl & the Banh mi. The chicken is incredible I highly recommend taking that as the protein option. The bowls are good with a good variety of topping options & sauce options as well. Their matcha & ginger cookies taste good. Their drinks as well magnificent the Vietnamese coffee with a shot of salted caramel simply wow! The decors are nice too. The staff very kind.

Eager to dive in, I set out to create my custom beef bowl. I started with a hearty brown rice base & loaded it up with a colorful medley of fresh ingredients with cucumber - cool, crisp, & refreshing, tomatoes - plump, juicy, & sweet, fresh corn - adding a subtle, summery sweetness, jalapenos - bringing a gentle, lingering heat, Red onion - providing a sharp, tangy bite, black beans & white beans - packing a powerful protein punch.
For the final flourish, I topped it all off with crispy fried onions & selected the tender, savory beef with a rich sauce as my protein. My wife, meanwhile, crafted her bowl with the same base but opted for a chicken fillet, skipping the corn for a lighter, zestier combination.
The portions were not merely generous-it was magnificently abundant. Each mouthful delivered a deeply satisfying burst of flavors & textures, blending the freshness of the vegetables with the warmth of the rice & the richness of the beef. This wasn't just a meal-it was a nourishing experience. The kind that doesn't just fill you up but fortifies you, keeping you energized & content for hours.
I had to try their signature Vietnamese-style baguette sandwich. From the first bite, I was enchanted. The baguette was perfectly crisp on the outside, offering a delightful crunch, while remaining light & airy inside. The tender, succulent pork melted in my mouth, beautifully complemented by the tangy, zesty vegetables. The interplay of flavors-savory, sweet, & slightly spicy-created a harmonious & utterly addictive bite.
My wife & I shared the sandwich, & by the second bite, we were both hooked. It was a flavor revelation that instantly left us craving more.
What truly stood out, beyond the incredible flavors, was the speed & efficiency of the service. With my busy schedule, it's reassuring to know I can stop by & enjoy a healthy, satisfying meal prepared quickly & expertly. After this experience, I can confidently say that I am now officially a bowl convert. It's no surprise that traditional restaurants are increasingly adding bowls to their menus. A nice, clean, modern Asian-fusion grill. We went there on a Wednesday for lunch, & it was quiet & spacious. We ordered two bowls-one mini & one regular-with a variety of ingredients & sauces to choose from. The proteins were torched on the spot. The customer service was excellent, & the server took his time to explain the menu & process, & even let us sample the sauces before drizzling them onto the bowls. Overall, it was a great experience, & we can see ourselves returning.

I had the pleasure of experiencing SkyBird for the first time last week. The design & interior of the location was beautiful & the food was great! I ate a sky bowl with pork & tasted a chicken Banh Mi. The ingredients were fresh, light, flavourful & healthy portions. An all around great experience. I will be back for more!
Excellent atmosphere, comfortable set up in sitting, very clean, fast & efficient service, the food is Great! I give it a 10 on 10.
The bowls are filling & very nutritious, the drinks are very healthy also. I really enjoyed the iced matcha drink. The baguettes are very delicious. All food is healthy. I recommend Skybird!
I ordered a bowl. Ingredients were fresh & had a great variety but the steak was a bit dry. Sauces were so good! Loved the presentation & decor. Will definitely return to try more.

I had the chicken bowl at Skybird & it was absolutely delicious - fresh with amazing flavor. The place is clean, & the staff were friendly & efficient. You can taste the quality. I'll definitely be back. 👍
Very good Bahn mi & bowl. Make sure to think about what you want in your bowl because there are lots of options. I'm very happy there's a Bahn mi place in the west island
It's very cozy inside. The food is excellent. When it's all blended together it takes amazing! The best part was when they used the torch at the end when we finished customizing the bowl. It was really cool & it melted the sauce right into the chicken!
I ate a bowl with half Jasmin rice, half lentils. The house sauce was yummy & creamy. The vegetables & herbs were so fresh. The pork with the lemongrass sauce was morning I've ever had before. 100% recommend. Their ginger oatmeal cookies & matcha cookies are a great dessert to have because they're not too sweet. I enjoy their iced matcha latte as well. The staff is great & friendly, the restaurant is spacious, beautiful & clean.
