Honestly the food & drinks are very good but the portions for the main dishes are tiny. I ordered the mozzarella di bufala & my brothers ordered the burger & fries & the Mac & cheese respectively. My dish was like an appetizer & the mac & cheese was like a TV dinner portion. Honestly, I feel like they could bump the prices up a bit & give a bit larger portions for the main dishes & it would be great. The burger & fries seemed to be the best portion of food. I probably won't go back since la belle & la boeuf or les enfants terrible are better even if you have to spend a bit more.

The hostess Alex is suuuch a sweetheart, she was super helpful & made our habs night ;) & the Mac & cheese was rly good!

Another great experience at this loc. (way more low key than the St. Laurent street spot). Our waiter was super nice & very attentive, even though it was super busy for most of the night.

I highly reco the Quaker stout beer. I think the best dish i have had still stands - the Haddock burger. The poutine didn't have enough sauce or cheese.

Looks like the Terrace was coming back put VERY soon.

Cute place with pretty good food, but service was lacking. Water was slow & our food took over 35 minutes, although to be fair there was a large group ordering food at the same time. The mac & cheese didn't come out at the same time as the rest of the food but was somehow lukewarm when it arrived a few minutes later, as if it had been sitting in the kitchen for at least 5 minutes.

The dishes tasted good but no food at a restaurant should be delivered lukewarm.

I know this is a microbrewery, but I have to make it known to the public that I ate THE best Mac N' Cheese I have ever eaten in my entire life here. On top of that, there is a wide selection of beers, the staff are super friendly & the atmosphere I actually prefer to the one on Saint-Laurent.

Wow! Super friendly staff willing to teach everything about beer to a new "user". Had the fish & chips & the lamb papardelle & it was so so good. My kids had the Mac & cheese & they loved it. They were asking for more. Will definitely be back with my group of friends to sit in the beer garden. Congrats & welcome to the neighborhood.

We stopped in the early afternoon for lunch with friends. 3 adults 4 kids. Great location, the ambiance is inviting just like the other Siboire in Sherbrooke. The staff was ready to welcome us as we stepped in. Bike parts & frames were hanging from the ceiling & walls a reminder of the sport that brought the owners together. We sat in a section that reminds the alleys & "ruelles vertes" of Montréal. Picnic tables, a green wall & a red brick floor. Warmth from the sun & a really friendly feeling. The food. We ordered the regular poutine, the Al Pastor poutine, the tacos, the Mac & cheese with brisket , the pasta & a cheeseburger. We were pleased with the portion, the presentation & everything was tasty. There is no kids menu & the portions are large you can easily have 1 plate for 2 kids. & the beer! We can't stop to Siboire without a glass or a pint of beer. The best selection & taste period.
