On a réservé la salle privée pour la fête de 50 ans de ma soeur & c'était parfait. La salle était chaleureuse avec tout le bois & d'une taille correcte pour 60 personnes ; on avait retiré les fauteuils sur la petite scène où notre DJ s'est installé & où on a dansé. L'équipe a été très aidante pour planifier la logistique & les deux serveurs super gentils. Les bières & autre boissons étaient bonnes. La bouffe : menu de pub correcte. Merci!
Burger poulet frit est le pire que j'ai jamais mangé tbh. pain mou qui se défait donc qui fait tomber les ingrédients, panure presque inexistante, plusieurs petits morceaux de poulet au lieu d'une galette pour burge

Siboire is really the perfect microbrewery. Incredible, inventive beers. World's best fish & chips. & they nail the ambiance. After several years away from Quebec, coming here feels like home.
Nous étions un groupe de 30 personnes donc nous avons été mis dans la petite salle adjacente qui donne sur la rue. Nous avons passé une excellente soirée, le serveur passait très régulièrement, nous étions servi rapidement, nous avons pu mettre notre musique un grand MERCI je recommande fortement cet endroit!
There was a girl here who I knew kind of but not really & she was sitting at this table & when we walked in she didn't even say hi to me which was like ok I guess we don't know each other that well whatever but then she ended up leaving as we got there so we got her table which was nice but like whatever it was kind of rude but also not really because what if it was me like would I say hi? Hmmm this is called empathy! Anyways drinks were okay. Pic of my dog for reference
J'ai réservé une salle pour un petit évènement privé (~ 25 pers.). J'ai eu une très bonne expérience lors de la réservation. La soirée était quant à elle parfaite : salle confortable & jolie, service impeccable & la nourriture est très bonne.
Le seul aspect negatif est la non disponibilité de certains plats. Il manquait & des ailes & du boeuf braisé . Mais sinon tout etait parfait. Belle ambiance . Tres bon service & nourriture excellente .
