The beer is great & the food is surprisingly tasty for a brewery. We got the poutine (least favorite out of the three), fish & chips (great!) & the Mac & cheese with the honey (favorite). It can get quite busy on nice summer days.
Siboire is really the perfect microbrewery. Incredible, inventive beers. World's best fish & chips. & they nail the ambiance. After several years away from Quebec, coming here feels like home.

Très bien conseillé pour le choix de bière. Grande amabilité du serveur, très sympathique.
Le fish & fish est excellent. On a passé un excellent moment en terrasse. On reviendra. Merci 🤩
L'ambiance est vraiment très bonne! J'ai beaucoup aimé le vibe & la bière. Par contre, la nourriture n'était pas top pour le prix, la pizza était vraiment que de la pâte & le fish & chips vraiment trop salé. Nous étions 7 personnes & on a tous trouvé qu'il y avait beaucoup trop de sel & que les frittes n'étaient pas excellentes. Cependant, aller prendre un verre entre amis est vraiment le fun

Accueil & environnement extrêmement chaleureux, plats & consommations intéressants & fort variés. Toutefois, les fish & chips vivement recommandés sont terriblement gras, j'ai dû éponger à l'aide de multiples serviettes de table avant de les consommer... on évite les fritures ou bedon on fait provision de napkins ! ; )!
J'adore cet endroit! Le service est chaleureux, les fish & chips sont incroyables & la bière est mémorable! C'était un plaisir d'y être pour l'ouverture des terrasses!
