Superbe soirée sur la terrasse dans l'effervescence du boul st-laurent. Une IPA rafraîchissante, un service sans faute & un plat satisfaisant.

Très bon climat entre la clientèle & le personnel du Siboire. Confort & détente ainsi que bonnes mesures de distanciation.

Late Snack au Siboire, 23 février 2018; lieu où, jadis, l'expérience repas était toujours un plaisir privilégié sous les bons soins du personnel attentionné de feu le Thaï Grill. Changement de décor, de produits, de clientèle. Accueil réfractaire par une''hôtesse'' qui n'a rien du titre, un service navrant & désorganisé par une serveuse digne d'une coop de cégep, menu misérable, bouffe ordinaire avec un grand O. Bref, une formule de canton que je prédis de bref passage pour une clientèle manifestement très complaisante chez qui la référence du (bon) gout exige de descendre au troisième sous-sol.
