La cuisine thaïlandaise est considérée comme la plus raffinée de l’Asie. Ses ingrédients originaux et délicats comme le curry, la menthe, la citronnelle, la coriandre, la lime kaffir ou encore le basilic rouge, ses parfums et ses présentations colorées et spectaculaires vous feront voyager. What a treat - for your eyes & your taste buds!
Went to this restaurant for Christmas lunch with the family. We were greeted & promptly seated by our server Anne. She offered a few suggestions & everything that was served on the table was outstanding. We'll definitely come back for more when in the area. Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic dining experience at Siam Centre-Ville recently. Our dishes: cocounut shrimp skewers, fried duck wontons, & pad kra pao moo, were so flavourful, fresh tasting & delicious! Our server Rosemarie was friendly, kind, professional, & attentive. The restaurant's ambiance was warm & welcoming. Would definitely return. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful evening at Siam Restaurant Centre ville last Saturday night, despite it being absolutely packed & the rain! Our server Daniella was an absolute gem - her cheerful demeanor & constant smile made our family dinner truly special.
What impressed us most was how gracefully she handled the busy Saturday night rush while still giving our table personalized attention. Even with a bustling restaurant, Daniella never seemed frazzled & maintained her warm, welcoming attitude throughout the evening.
The highlight of our night was when Daniella surprised us by singing'Happy Birthday' - her enthusiasm was infectious! My 3-year-old nephew was absolutely delighted, turning what was already a great meal into an unforgettable family memory.
The authentic Thai cuisine was delicious, but it's servers like Daniella who truly make Siam Restaurant stand out in Montreal. Her professionalism combined with genuine warmth made us feel valued & well-cared for.
We'll definitely be back & hope to have Daniella as our server again. Highly recommend Siam Restaurant for families - they know how to make everyone feel welcome!

An exceptional experience from start to finish! The service was impeccable, & the staff was attentive & friendly. The warm & inviting atmosphere made our evening even more special. The food was simply delicious, beautifully presented, & made with high-quality ingredients. A special thanks to Olivier for his outstanding service & kindness. Siam Centre-Ville was amazing! As someone with celiac disease, I was thrilled to find so many delicious gluten-free options. The food was incredible, & the ambiance was perfect. Our waiter was super nice & knowledgeable, making the whole experience even better. Highly recommend!

Fantastic Experience at Siam! I had an amazing dinner at Siam, & the highlight was our waiter, Davinder. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu & gave excellent recommendations. The food was delicious, beautifully presented, & full of authentic flavor. Great service & great food-highly recommend!

We recently went to Siam Centre-Ville for a celebratory dinner. I must say that the food was exceptional & the experience was pleasant, friendly & professional. We ordered cocktails, spring (salad) rolls, a stir-fry & green curry beef. The presentation & flavours were appealing. But the green curry was the star dish though. Incredible. It was aromatic & mildly spicy. The dish also came with some additional fresh chilis if you prefer your food to be more spicy. However, what I appreciated the most was the attention & care taken with allergens. There is a separate menu that explains the allergens in the menu items. Thus, I was able to order a gluten & dairy-free meal. I highly recommend & will definitely be back.

Excellent & tasty dishes all around (we were 5 sharing various items), great service. Only downside is that the restaurant is quite noisy. Some noise damping would be helpful. Highly recommended.

Fantastic Experience with Exceptional Service! We were a group of 10 dining at Siam on Saturday September 7 at 6:30 & were thoroughly impressed by the experience. Despite being a large party, our waiter managed to provide top-tier service with incredible efficiency. He quickly responded to all of our requests, answered every question we had with a friendly demeanor, & made sure everything we asked for was promptly delivered. What stood out even more was that while giving us such great attention, he was also managing several other tables seamlessly. The food is excellent needless to say! Highly recommend! It's one of my favourite restaurants.

I recently celebrated my birthday at Siam's, & it was an unforgettable experience! The cocktails were exceptional, the food was delicious, & the ambiance was beautifully decorated. My friends & I had a fantastic time. I highly recommend this place! especially if you ask for Olivier as your waiter he's the best!
