Reviewers describe Shushuto Bar à Ramen + Tapas as a stylish, cozy spot with a vibrant atmosphere and a diverse menu that covers sushi, ramen, bowls and vegan options, with generous portions and creative twists like carbonara udon and duck mazemen. Drinks, including cocktails and saké, are often praised and the decor and overall vibe are highlighted as standout features, making it a popular choice for date nights, gatherings and brunch. The food generally pleases, though a few comments point to inconsistency or items that feel pricey for the value, and some desserts or plates are disappointing. Service is frequently described as attentive and friendly, with fast and helpful staff, but several visits mention slow pacing, occasional ordering mishaps or loud noise in busy periods and parking can be challenging nearby. Reservations are advised for dinner, while lunch and brunch are easier to drop in for, and many reviewers express they would return to try more items given the variety and strong flavors.

We ordered chicken & two ramen dishes. The presentation was nice, the idea of mixing the protein with the ramen yourself is interesting, but unfortunately the quality was very poor. The food was nothing special, & considering the price, it was not worth it at all.
My suggestion is to stop misleading people with Instagram & TikTok reviews & instead focus seriously on improving the food quality. Both of us had stomach aches later that afternoon, very disappointing.
Sushi & cocktails were good. The rest was horrible. It was either too bland or too sweet. Also servers are very cold, quiet, & hostile & the service was very slow for my food to come in lukewarm.

One of the best dining experiences I've ever had. The sushi were exquisite, the cocktails were fantastic, my tsukumen was one of the single best meals I've had in my life & the desserts were the perfect ending.
Shushuto is incredible.

I keep comming back.
They make their own noodles & the meals are so heartwarming with them, while being elevated & super tasty, you can't stop. Prices might feel higher than average but you get what you pay for in both quality & quantity. I always leave stuffed to the brim.
In the summer, their sushi & drinks are also the bomb.
If you're reading this: just go eat there now. Immediately if possible.

The service, food & ambience was all perfect. I had the chicken karaage, salmon kamikaze sushi, & the spicy tan tan miso pork ramen. I highly recommend everything!

Was just okay as a meal & experience. Service was slow & not overly warm. I ordered an iced matcha latte & was expecting it to come sweetened (as 99% of them do). It was not sweetened & when we asked for a syrup to be added we were given raw sugar packets which don't do much in a cold drink. I ordered tonkotsu ramen. The presentation was extremely uninspired. The flavour was good though. & we ordered the soufflé pancakes that were a complete let down. They were not at all as advertised & were more like a maple flavoured cake than a soufflé pancake. Maybe it was an off day but I would not come back for brunch anytime soon. Too bad as I had heard great things.
Pretty place, welcoming service.
Crab Bao buns were messy & so deep fried & shelly that I had to force myself to eat one. I should have gone with a different filling. Tuna tartare was delicious but buried under mixed greens. The duck tsukemen ramen wasn't bad but the whole concept of dipping is not great in practice. I would have preferred having that broth option as a regular soup.
Sakepina was kinda mediocre. Saketini was sweet but went down easy. Orgasmique is a softer espresso martini. Nikka Old Fashioned was smooth.
