Reviews of Shushuto Bar à Ramen + Tapas describe a stylish, welcoming spot offering generous portions of ramen, sushi, bao and other Japanese fusion dishes, with standout items like creamy cheese udon, duck mazemen and a strong cocktail program; the menu's variety including vegan options appeals to many, and the atmosphere is praised as chic, cozy and lively, though the space can be loud and service occasionally slow; overall the restaurant is regarded as a top pick for inventive Japanese fusion in town, with friendly staff, quality ingredients and well executed dishes, while some guests note expensive prices and a few inconsistent plates that aren't to everyone's taste.
5 starts isn't for nothing. The staff is very friendly, & the atmosphere is great for anyone who wants to enjoy either a date or a group outing. Very clean. & the best of all? Food is top tier, freshly made & generously served. Yet prices are on the average. Can't beat it, great establishment.

Merci a notre serveur Louis vraiment un connaiseur en bouff ou en cocktail !! Il nous a très bien conseiller & grace a cela on a très bien aimer notre soirer a revenir pour sur avec des amis !! Gros merci Louis !!
It took 45 minutes to get drinks & our appetizers. The drinks were great however, the appetizers were meh.The karage chicken was bland & the gyoza dumpling were nothing special. However, the mao buns were great! Our main dishes were ramen & the chicken was dry & bland. I do not think I will be coming back. The food was mediocre & it took a very long time to receive our food & drinks. You can find other places that are better for the same price.
The 3 course table hôte meal was excellent & flavourful for the price (adding the crab on the ramen is a must). Drinks were great & the bar area is modern. The server was professional & courteous. We also had the rainbow roll & carbonara.
So disappointed about this place...I guess you get what you pay for. Their $38 "Singaporean" special included a drink, a salad, a noodle, & dessert. The drink was alright but had no alcohol in it. The noodles made me feel so sick. Dessert & service were alright though. Wouldn't recommend

Food was very good, atmosphere & service were excellent. I would actually give this place a 4.5 stars cause I found it a little overpriced. But no doubt they know how to cook. Our waiters even said their duck ramen has won competitions & we can understand why after trying it. Would do back to have more!
Une expérience qui est chaque, fois toujours parfaite. Qu'importe le plat ou le cocktail, on est satisfait. Puis toute l'équipe présente est toujours agréable, souriante & serviable. Allez l'essayer c'est l'adopte
First off, the AC is controlled by the building owners, & it's not cold just cool. So dress casually to make the whole experience more cooling 😊. Order the summer special X Singapore menu. The Singapore sling! At last I found you...... Taste wise not bad.... The alcohol is strong in this shop! We all like! The Slaw salad, i think it's a fusion off the lohei that singaporeans eat during chinese new year. If you are not used to raw veg, this can be mehhhh. But i find it refreshing, oh! Remember to mixed it up before you eat. Toss toss toss! The second course, i choose with broth & pork. The charsiew is like the Japanese ramen charsiew. Not the singaporean charsiew, so manage the expectations & think Japanese ramen style. Added the soft shell crab. It's nice! But i can barely finish half the ramen. The portion looks small but it's huge! You can ask for hot sauce, but it's still super mild spicy. Had the mango pudding..... Taste, close. Texture, too firm. There's coconut cream on top, maybe if they use coconut milk would be better. So..... Verdict, price point, super duper worth it! Food, i would say i will come back & try the non Singapore menu. Drinks, definitely!!!!!!!!!!!
Really cute spot right next to the canal! A little pricy. Had the duck buns & the pork tonkotsu broth was nice but the meat had some chunks with a little too much fat which is not my preference. Overall a really good experience the staff was super nice would recommend!
