Amazing restaurant || The food was absolutely delicious & very fresh food taste smell really different than other restaurants.The service was excellent , they're very friendly & polite. The atmosphere was warm & welcoming. Everything was perfect from the start to finish. We will definitely be coming back to this Restaurant ||

We decided to try these on a whim. We were excited about the crispy shawarma, but besides the texture being great, it was lacking in flavor & was kind of plain. The service was fantastic but the food disappointed.
On a pris deux crousti, un poulet & un mixte. Très très bon. Très gourmand & ne même temps très frais grave au pickles de navet !! C'était très rapide pour la commande & le pick up. Acceuil téléphonique & sur place impeccable. Rien a redire, on reprendra.
Aujourd'hui, nous avons essayé Shawarma Moods & nous avons vraiment adoré ! Dès notre arrivée, le personnel était souriant & accueillant. La caissière nous a même offert des baklavas, une attention très appréciée. L'ambiance était bonne avec une belle musique.
Le shawarma était délicieux & frais, avec un pain bien croustillant.
Nous recommandons vraiment ce restaurant !
The service was good but slow & for the food i was very disappointed the meat was bland & dry the garlic sauce had no flavor but the portions were good

Restaurant propre, les gens son souriants, les CRYSPI MOODS son incroyablement BON. Le poulet est frais & tendre. Je donne pour le service un 3 étoiles & je me retient pour un 2 ! Malheureusement il ne sont pas ponctuel, première fois nous avons attendu dehors 20 minutes, deuxième fois encore un 20 minutes & a l'instant toujours en attente dehors à 11h30 un lundi ..

This is the best shawarma place I went to, the food is delicious. The staff was very nice & friendly! The place smells good & is very clean. Would 100% recommend!
Pieces of advice, if you don't want to have to put a lot of meat on your shawarma beef burger try a smaller bun. I was disappointed to discover that the huge burger which costs more than a pita probably has less meat on/in it. The literally put the meat all around the outer edge, but when I opened the burger there were only vegetables & sauce in the middle, no meat. I doubt I even got more than 90g of meat. The taste was ok, but the bun was dry & didn't add anything to the meal. In fact I was going to leave the bun & just eat the filling, which is how I discovered the disingenuous deception. The garlic potatoes were ok taste wise, but soggy mush. The toum to go with the potatoes was fine, but pretty standard, nothing to blow me away. On the upside, they filled a void on Monk boulevard that has struggled to be anything long since Videotron video rentals closed down. Don't believe the slick look, they aren't really a premium version of the bog standard kebab shop. If shawarma or shish taouk is the kind of food you're after, try seeking out a Boustan instead.
Je suis venue avec mon fiancé après avoir entendu parler de ce restaurant sur les réseaux sociaux. Dès notre entrée, le restaurant était presque vide (3-4 personnes maximum) & pourtant personne ne nous a adressé la parole pendant environ 6 minutes. Nous attendions debout, sans accueil.
Quand la caissière est finalement venue, elle n'était pas souriante & a pris notre commande sans aucune chaleur. Nous avons ensuite attendu 15 minutes pour un simple sandwich saj au poulet, un chacun.
L'ambiance générale ne nous a pas mis à l'aise. Après 15 minutes, j'ai vu le cuisinier peser le poulet avec une balance avant de le mettre dans le sandwich, ce qui m'a vraiment choquée. Quand je paie, je m'attends à une bonne quantité & un bon service, pas à compter les grammes. Pour un restaurant rapide ils sont très lent .
Le sandwich était très sec, avec très peu de poulet, un peu de salade & un peu de tout, mais rien de satisfaisant. Surtout quand on compare avec d'autres endroits comme les shawarmas, où les portions sont généreuses & les sandwichs juteux.
Je donne 3/10 maximum. Pour moi, c'était une grosse déception, & ce sera ma dernière visite. Je ne recommande pas.

Shawarma viande juste parfait à chaque fois... juteux & bien généreux. Service toujours rapide, staff souriant & gentil. Endroit spacieux & très propre. Je recommande vraiment!
