The chicken sandwich is perfect. It's super basic, perfectly balanced, unpretentious, & great value. Enjoy it with a beer on a nice day & you'll be right as rain every time.
great (awesome) no-nonsense chicken place. service is always wonderful. need a roasted chicken? this is -the- place in mile-end (or anywhere miles/ km around!
just what you expect, could be slightly dry to some with the amount of chicken for the breast chicken they put in but can't complain because it's filling & satisfying. recommend putting all toppings with mayo & hot sauce. make sure to get the sauce on your chicken,

An absolute Neighbourhood classic. Great prices & premium quality. The chicken thigh sandwiches a go to for many people but personally, I think the sausage sandwich is the mega hit. I hope this place is around forever.
This place is really great! I've had both the chicken breast & thigh sandwiches, & neither were dry. Definitely get it all dressed, it helps to cut through the heaviness of all the meat & bread. I recommend asking for the (demi-glace?) sauce they have for the chicken. Their prices are amazing, especially for the area. The sausage sandwich is also super great. Obviously not too many options for vegetarians, but they do offer a sandwich made with their roast potatoes- however, I think the potatoes might be cooked in chicken fat.
Excellent sandwich place. I come here often for lunch. The meat is juicy & tender. The toppings are plenty & flavourful, the price is really good too. This is known as a chicken place, but personally I think the roasted pork is the best thing on the menu. Get any sandwich with sauce/gravy. Only gripe is service is a bit slow since they shred the chicken/chop the pork to order. Sausages & potatoes are good too. I usually do takeout since it feels like an oven in the store & it's not nicest storefront but in the winter, it's probably nice & warm.

we had the pork sandwich & the chicken leg sandwich- both were great! would recommend getting it spicy (it's not that spicy, think mild spicy mayo). The pork sandwich was incredible, the crispy skin really adds a nice crunch to the sandwich. Definitely ask the ladies there to add the chicken juice to your sandwich, you won't regret it! super great value too!
Honestly - was expecting so much more. Chicken was too salty & dry, neither vegetables or the sauce made up for it. Sausage sandwich is below average. Not the worst deal at 17$ for two sandwiches, but likely won't be returning.
This is the epitome of the chicken sandwich. This place is a must go like la Banquise & Schwartz. Get the poitrine sandwich with gravy, hot sauce & all dress with a side of potatoes....you can thank me later. Cooking chicken rotating over chicken juices flowing from one to the other. I don't know what's their secret but their food tastes like life itself. Please let this place be here forever & never change.
Utterly delicious chicken sandwich - the meat melts in the mouth & the spicy sauce is perfect The potatoes are also amazing - got a portion to take away for later as the sandwiches are huge!
Quality sandwiches really tasty & at an amazing price! Got the chicken sandwich & one sausage sandwich, it came up to 15$ for both. Absolute good prices!
