The best bakery. Everything they do is delicious. It's my favorite bakery to pick up sweets before heading out for dinner & the only cakes I would happily take second & third slices from.
Je viens dans cette pâtisserie depuis plusieurs années & je me déplace même de loin pour y aller tellement la qualité est exceptionnelle. Tout est toujours frais, savoureux & fait avec soin.
Honnêtement, tout donne envie d'être goûté tellement c'est délicieux. En plus, le rapport qualité-prix est excellent pour une pâtisserie de ce niveau. Je recommande sans hésiter.

?'Je suis extrêmement déçu par mon expérience. J'ai acheté une boîte de baklavas disposés sur un seul étage. La vendeuse m'a confirmé un prix de 24 $, mais j'ai découvert plus tard un débit de 40,90 $ sur mon compte.
?Je suis retourné avec la boîte vide pour expliquer la situation. Le calcul est simple : pour payer 40,90 $, ma boîte aurait dû contenir environ 1,7 kg à 2,9 kg (selon le prix au kilo), ce qui est physiquement impossible pour une boîte à un seul étage. Malgré cela, la responsable a été d'une impolitesse incroyable, exigeant une facture papier & refusant de regarder la preuve bancaire & l'évidence physique de la boîte. Elle a fini par me dire qu'elle ne comprenait pas pourquoi j'étais là.
?Une pâtisserie est un lieu où l'on vient chercher de la douceur pour ses proches, des croissants pour ses enfants ou un gâteau pour un moment heureux en famille. On s'attend à y trouver des gens polis, souriants & compréhensifs, pas des personnes qui méprisent les clients pour 16 $. En agissant ainsi, cette femme détruit l'atmosphère chaleureuse & sincère que devrait avoir ce commerce.
?Quel contraste avec le propriétaire de la boulangerie à côté du Lokma (Curé-Labelle / Le Pine) ! Ma femme y a acheté du pain, sa carte n'a pas passé & elle n'avait pas d'argent liquide. Le propriétaire lui a dit de revenir payer plus tard. Nous y sommes retournés tout de suite pour régler. Cet homme a gagné des clients fidèles par sa confiance & sa courtoisie.

Called to place an order since I live in a different city & im ordering the cake for a friend's bday & I was rudely told' we do not take phone order' : I tried to explain my situation since I live 2h30 away & I was rudely transferred to be given the same answer by another rude lady- In addition, they told me we do not do strawberry shortcake however its advertised on their cake selection on their website. I can confirm that I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND this place.
As someone with more than 8 years of professional experience working with businesses & customer service standards, I strongly value reliability, transparency, & proper planning - especially when a service is tied to an important family celebration.
Unfortunately, my recent experience was very disappointing. I had ordered a specific cake for my mother's birthday one week in advance, with a confirmed pickup time of 10:00 a.m. On the morning of the event, I received a call at approximately 9:00 a.m. informing me that the cake could not be completed because certain ingredients had not arrived from the supplier. This was surprising, especially after being told previously that cakes are normally prepared early in the morning around 5:00 a.m.
Although George did offer an alternative solution by proposing a different cake, it was not the one my mother had chosen or wanted for her birthday. At that point, with only one hour before pickup, I was left with very limited options. Because the original cake could not be made on the same day, I had to urgently contact several other bakeries at the last minute to find a replacement, which created unnecessary stress during what should have been a special occasion.
I understand that unexpected supply issues can happen in any business. However, when an order is placed a full week in advance, proper planning & supplier coordination should already be secured ahead of time. Ingredient availability is part of basic preparation, & discovering shortages only one hour before pickup does not provide customers with sufficient time to make alternative arrangements.
I hope this feedback encourages better planning, stronger supplier management, & earlier communication in the future to avoid similar situations for other customers.
