Superbe découverte ! Un endroit charmant avec une ambiance cosy, idéale pour se détendre. Le cappuccino était excellent & le gâteau au fromage est délicieux. Le personnel est très accueillant & souriant. Je reviendrai sans hésiter !

I ordered a ice coffee & pastries near afternoon 10:30 or so the person making it seemed very apprehensive when I ordered but all was going well. I was paying I saw his finger slip into my drink. I know this does sound like a significant issue to many but it is to me. I ask politely if I could have my drink redone because of this. The barista making, a it bald man in his 50s or 60s then proceed to respond by telling me to just deal with it or throw it out. I felt humiliated & belittled & I don't think I'll be visiting this cafe again.
J'ai vraiment adoré j'y étais hier & je suis encore revenue, l'ambiance est bonne & c'est plutôt & un bel endroit pour réviser ou parler avec ses amis. Vraiment je le recommande
L'un des seuls cafés ouverts en ce jour de Réveillon, nous nous sommes arrêtés pour un petit déjeuner au chaud. Les pâtisseries étaient vraiment bonnes, & le latte cannelle un petit délice !
There's plenty of seating available, however, on a weekend it can get really busy.
Partially because it's in the Quartier Latin, next to the BanQ & close to McGill & Concordia universities.
Don't be surprised if it's hard to find a place to sit & near an outlet.
J'adore l'ambiance pour étudier, par contre très achalandée... Mais cela est compréhensible puisque le café se situe près de diverses écoles & du métro Berri. Le staff est super gentil. Les tables sont un peu sale après les rush.
On m'a donné une carte-cadeau.Je l'ai utilisée quelques fois mais elle a été refusée cette semaine.J'ai vérifié sur le site de Second Cup:il resterait une trentaine de dollars dessus.J'ai écrit sur la page Facebook de Second Cup a ce sujet & envoyé un message via leur site web:apres une semaine,aucune réponse.Service a la clientele médiocre (je ne parle pas du café sur St-Denis mais bien du service a la clientele de la compagnie).
