The food was excellent, I was overwhelmed by the coffee choices. The service was very kind, & the atmosphere was pleasant. It was nice looking out the window with our meal. I think this would be a good place to study over a coffee, or take a break on a busy day with a delicious pastry.

We are from out of town & speak mainly English (we are still working on our French) & the two gentlemen at the counter couldn't have been nicer & more patient with us! They were so friendly-not just to us, but to everyone who came in. We enjoyed our time drinking the delicious coffee (which there were SO many options) & listening to the nice background music. We will be returning next time we are in the area! Merci beaucoup again to the fellas at the counter!

Le 1er juillet, vers midi, je suis venu commander un café. J'ai commencé par dire bonjour au barista Algérien, mais je n'ai reçu aucune réponse de sa part. Pas un seul mot. Il s'est contenté de prendre ma commande.

Heureusement, le monsieur libanais, que j'apprécie beaucoup, était là pour activer mes points.

Au barista algérien qui était à la caisse : si vous avez de la difficulté à répondre « bonjour » à un client, peu importe qui il est, vous devriez peut-être rester à la maison. C'est le pire service à la clientèle que j'ai reçu. J'avais l'impression de parler à un zombie. Ce n'est d'ailleurs pas la première fois que je vis cette expérience avec ce monsieur.

C'est dommage. Je fréquente ce café depuis 12 ans, mais ma visite du 1er juillet a été la dernière à cause de son attitude. Time to go back to Starbucks.

J'aimerais encourager les entreprises canadiennes, mais vous ne méritez pas mon argent si vos employés ne sont pas capables de servir les clients avec respect & courtoisie.

They have an ice cream & dessert bar now !! Super impressed with the flavour of their sundaes

Incredible coffees!! Never once been disappointed & I've experimented with their menu a lot.

10/10 service, everyone who works here is incredibly kind & hardworking. Always a pleasure to see them. very supportive to their regular student customers too, very appreciated!

Varied menu in food, desserts & coffees!

Ambiance is perfect, one of the easiest cafes to focus in. Great playlists, lots of sunlight, great seating options

Lots of outlets & speedy wifi

To top it all off, they're open till midnight. Perfect for students.
