We are from out of town & speak mainly English (we are still working on our French) & the two gentlemen at the counter couldn't have been nicer & more patient with us! They were so friendly-not just to us, but to everyone who came in. We enjoyed our time drinking the delicious coffee (which there were SO many options) & listening to the nice background music. We will be returning next time we are in the area! Merci beaucoup again to the fellas at the counter!

Didn't get a chance to try their food or drinks because they were super racist towards us. Treating everyone equally probably isn't their practice.

I've always heard their drinks tastes amazing. Tried hot chocolate cuz I was craving for some sugar. I was really blown away by the taste. Not too sweet & not tasteless. Perfect flavour. The person assisting me was very humble. They have many other options for coffee/tea.
& yes, the name is apt for the taste, once you have something, you feel like having a second cup. Must try place.
FYI: The place is crowded on the weekend.

Quite rude & racist if you ask me. The rain started pouring & I ran under their patio for the rain to die down & I had just gone to by & put my drink down & took a bite of my food & apparently that was wrong. I proceeded to have a racist man with a moustache come outside & berate me as he could clearly see the rain. I would avoid this place like the plague if you care anything about equal rights. That was actually terrible. Edit: I called this pathetic place to get a semblance of an apology or explanation but instead was hung up on. Iron while trying find my air bnb i passed & there were quite a few white patrons just outside the door with no issues, just lounging about. Again, I could speak until I am blue in the face against racism but unfortunately places like this will always exist. I can only hope that those who stand a gazing hate & clear racism can go elsewhere or either way, their karma will eventually come to them.

I ordered a ice coffee & pastries near afternoon 10:30 or so the person making it seemed very apprehensive when I ordered but all was going well. I was paying I saw his finger slip into my drink. I know this does sound like a significant issue to many but it is to me. I ask politely if I could have my drink redone because of this. The barista making, a it bald man in his 50s or 60s then proceed to respond by telling me to just deal with it or throw it out. I felt humiliated & belittled & I don't think I'll be visiting this cafe again.

Big space, bright, ideal to study. I ordered a matcha latte & it's not as good as I expected (tbh it was the worst matcha cup i've ever tried) it tastes weird somehow. I dont want to be mean but it's true 🥲 Anyway, i will come again since they have a late closing time & i'll try another drink next time.

Friendly staff & good drinks. It was a bit busy when we went but the drinks were still ready within a few minutes of ordering. Great place to stop before work to get a cup of coffee or latte
